XGMT Application Form 2026 (Available): MBA Registrations via XGMT, Other Entrance Exams

To register for X-GMT 2026, candidates are required to visit the official website of XIM University and click on the programme they wish to apply for. Further, they will be required to register with the basic details i.e. Name, contact no and email id. A new login id and password will be generated.

After the registration process, candidates are required to fill the X-GMT application form 2026 and pay the exam fees. The step-wise process to fill the X-GMT application form are as follows:

1st Step: Visit the XIM University's official website, i.e. xim.edu.in

2nd Step: Login with the newly generated registration id and password

3rd Step: Fill the application form with personal, academics and professional details

4th Step: Upload the scanned copies of your photographs and signature

5th Step: Check and submit the application form

6th Step: Pay the application fees

After completion of the steps mentioned above, a confirmation email indicating the acceptance of the online application form will be sent to the registered email ID.

XIM University hosts only one form for MBA admissions. Candidates who wish to apply for MBA admission based on XGMT and other MBA entrance exams must choose the same while filling the same. Candidates applying for admission need to pay a base application fee. Additionally, candidates appearing for XGMT have to pay the XGMT exam fee. The table below mentions the fee to be paid while filling the application form:

Candidates can choose the MBA entrance exams based on which they wish to apply for admission. One exam selection is included in the XIM University application fee, i.e. the base fee as tabulated above. Whereas, candidates choosing more than one exam to apply for admission have to pay an additional fee of INR 400. 

Additionally, candidates who are applying based on XGMT scores have to pay the base application fee, i.e. INR 1800, and the X-GMT exam fee, i.e. INR 1500.

For instance, a candidate chooses CAT and XGMT while applying for XIM University admissions, he/she will have to pay INR 3300 as the application and exam fee. This fee includes INR 1800 as the base fee, and INR 1500 as XGMT exam fees. Those who do not wish to appear for XGMT are only required to pay the base fee for one exam choice, with INR 400 for each additional exam choice.

Candidates can pay the online application fee using one of the following payment options:

• NEFT/RTGS
• Debit Card/Credit Card
• UPI

Candidates need to upload the following documents during the X-GMT application process.

• Digitally scanned photograph and signature in JPEG format. (50 kb size limit)
• Marksheet of Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation
• A photo identity proof
• Work Experience certificate (if applicable)
