Check XGMT application process below:

1. Visit X-GMT website, xim.edu.in
2. Complete one time registration process for XGMT by providing some personal details
3. Login using registration ID and password.
4. Fill personal, academic and professional details.
5. Upload documents, like signature and photo
6. Check all details and submit XGMT form
7. Pay online registration fee.

NOTE: Candidates receive an email after submission of XGMT form.

XIM University hosts only one form for MBA admissions. Candidates who wish to apply for MBA admission based on XGMT and other MBA entrance exams must choose the same while filling the same. Candidates applying for admission need to pay a base application fee. Additionally, candidates appearing for XGMT have to pay the XGMT exam fee. The table below mentions the fee to be paid while filling the application form:

Candidates can choose the MBA entrance exams based on which they wish to apply for admission. One exam selection is included in the XIM University application fee, i.e. the base fee as tabulated above. Whereas, candidates choosing more than one exam to apply for admission have to pay an additional fee of INR 400. 

Additionally, candidates who are applying based on XGMT scores have to pay the base application fee, i.e. INR 1800, and the X-GMT exam fee, i.e. INR 1500.

For instance, a candidate chooses CAT and XGMT while applying for XIM University admissions, he/she will have to pay INR 3300 as the application and exam fee. This fee includes INR 1800 as the base fee, and INR 1500 as XGMT exam fees. Those who do not wish to appear for XGMT are only required to pay the base fee for one exam choice, with INR 400 for each additional exam choice.

Candidates can pay the online application fee using one of the following payment options:

• NEFT/RTGS
• Debit Card/Credit Card
• UPI

Candidates must upload the certificates while filling XGMT application form:

• Copy of photograph
• Copy of signature
• Marksheet of Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation
• Photo ID proof
• Work experience certificate

NOTE: File size for photograph and signature must not exceed with 50 kb in JPEG format

Candidates filling XGMT 2026 application form before the last date are issued the hall ticket online. XGMT admit card 2026 is downloadable from the official website. Candidates will have to carry XGMT 2026 admit card to the exam centre. Details like test centre address, exam day guidelines, candidate's personal details, and more are printed on the XGMT admit card. Officials at XGMT exam centre will verify details in the admit card with the available records before granting entry to the exam hall. Candidates failing to carry XGMT hall ticket will not be allowed inside the test centre.
