It is good, but they can try to make it even more useful and convenient.

Placements: Approximately 50% of students are placed in our course. I am not sure about the highest package, but the lowest is 15 LPA. Companies like IBM, Microsoft, and Google recruit students. Only 20% of students get internships. Roles include ethical hacking, red team, blue team, system analyst, security engineer, and many more.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. I am actually satisfied, but Wi-Fi is not good and is not available all the time. The quality of facilities in my hostel is good, but the taste of the food is not satisfying. Sports and games are good. They support students in these activities. I have heard that the medical facilities are also good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but there is not sufficient staff in our college. The course is really useful for making students industry-ready. The semester exams are very difficult, and almost everyone fails in one subject. The pass percentage is good, but every student in my batch has a backlog, including me.

Other: I am personally very interested in cybersecurity, so I took this course.

It is a good college with a clean atmosphere and a good mess with good breakfast and dinner.

Placements: Currently, there are only 2 batches in. Yenepoya School of Engineering and Technology (2024-2028, 2025-2029), the 1st batch has about 200 students, and the 2nd batch has more than 600 students. Neither batch got any placement since the course is not yet over. The highest, lowest, and the average package offered in the course have not yet mentioned or told to us. B.Tech in Yenepoya School of Engineering and Technology is taught mainly by three edtech companies, i.e., Kalvium, NextWave, and Proxima. Nobody gets internships from the college side. Roles offered are not mentioned to us yet.

Infrastructure: The hygiene and quality of the college and hostel are top-notch. The whole campus and hostels are cleaned very well every day. We get a good network. Classrooms are top-notch with centralised ACs. Libraries contain a lot of books and all the necessary books. Hostel facilities are also top-notch. It offers 3, 4, and 6 sharing rooms. Every room has AC and laundry services. The hostel also has a doctor who comes every day. The food served is good when compared to other hostels. The hostel has a common ground.

Faculty: Many teachers are so young that they are very friendly with students, and we can clear any doubts we have. Most of the faculty members are either M.Tech graduates or MCA qualified. The syllabus is very good, avoiding all the unnecessary topics. They focus on giving skill-based education. All lectures, quizzes, and exams are conducted on a laptop. The course curriculum is relevant, and they provide skill-based examinations. The difficulty level of exams is moderate. The pass percentage is about 35 percent.

Other: I chose this course because of the future job opportunities. The course selected is not available at most colleges. If it is available in other colleges, then either the syllabus or the college atmosphere will be bad. No improvement is required for the current course since they only teach me the necessary things that we need for the profession. Events are very few in the college. Only 4-5 major programs are conducted in the college. The campus surroundings are full of greenery. It has a good atmosphere. It provides support for extracurricular activities like intercollege football competition, hackathons, etc.
