This college is good but has high fees.
Placements: This college provides decent placement. Around 50% of students get placed. The highest package is 8 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is around 3.6 LPA. Infosys, TCS, Robosoft, and Juego are the companies that visit for placement. 20% of students got internships in companies like Novigo and EGDK.
Infrastructure: Here, all facilities are decent. The labs are decent, and Wi-Fi is available. The classrooms are good. The hostel is present, but the mess food is not good. Sports facilities are decent. The library and labs still need improvement. The hostels are good, but Wi-Fi is slow.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated but still lack practical knowledge. The course doesn't directly make students industry-ready. But the college offers a certificate course that changes your skills and gives a chance to get placed in a company. Professors are good, but practical knowledge and experience are not. Semester exams are decent, 60% easy to appear in. They force students to do for registration for a certification course.
Other: Events are held, but the budget is low, and only small events are organized. Another thing is that this college still needs more improvement.

It is a good college, but it's left to you what to choose.
Placements: I am from the 2026 batch, studying a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. 80% of students are placed in our college. The highest package given is 8 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The companies that visit are TCS, Wipro, HCL, and Elsevier. About 75% of students got internships. The roles offered are software developer, system engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is there in labs and also in the hostel mess. Classrooms are also good. Hostel rooms are good, but sometimes the water is dirty. Food is just okay, only veg, no non-veg is provided. There is no lift in the hostel, so if you are staying on the 5th floor, it will be difficult to walk daily. Warden also keeps changing, new wardens come, but all are good. Cleaning is done every two days.
Faculty: Teachers always change, but the CS department teachers are good. The college teaching is good. The VTU syllabus itself is outdated, but now it's getting updated. All of them passed the exams in our class except 2-3, but that was because of the tough paper.
Other: I chose CS for good job opportunities. The teaching is more advanced. There are many events conducted.

It is an extremely beautiful and good college.
Placements: 86% of students got internships. The top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, Wipro, and Microsoft. The highest salary package is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 3 LPA. The top roles offered are web developer and software developer. Around 70% of students got internships in top companies.
Infrastructure: The campus provides a hostel facility for both boys and girls. There are bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The hotel food is good, with homemade food. The canteen is also available. The college infrastructure is good. Classrooms and labs are also good. The library is available in the college. It is Wi-Fi enabled.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They have a lot of experience. They have good knowledge about their subjects. They clarify our doubts. They are very friendly and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.

Faculties are good at our college. Placement opportunities are average compared to other colleges.
Placements: Our college is average at giving placements, but they are trying hard to make all students get placed, as our seniors were placed with the top companies like Infosys, TCS, Tata and others. In coming days, our college will give the best placement opportunities to all the students. I assure that.
Infrastructure: Library resources: The SRT library is well-equipped with a vast collection of books, general e-resources, and digital databases, providing a conducive environment for research and study crossroads at SITR designed to enhance the learning experience. Suturing modern amenities such as projectors at smart boards.
Faculty: Most faculty members hold advanced degrees like M.Teach or Ph.D. in their respective fields, ensuring a good, strong academic foundation. Exams at SIT are conducted as per the schedule set by the Vishveshwarayya technology, which the Institute is affiliated with.
Other: I chose this course because of the scope and IT industry. Growing career opportunities in engineering are in some of the most in-demand fields, properly offering lucrative career options in software development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and more.

Overall, the experience of our SIT college .
Placements: 60% of students have got placement in different companies. The top visited companies for placement are TCS, Infosys, Paytm, PayPal, etc. There was a minimum chance to get an internship in a company. This college has the highest package of around 10 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. But in the CSE field, there is a chance to get a job.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well constructed. There most of the buildings are looking beautiful and attractive. All lab classes have good equipment. They're having free Wi-Fi for the requirement of students. The hostel is decent, and the food is acceptable. Medical and sports facilities were well provided at our time. I love it here.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is qualified, and the teaching style is also good. They can teach students in an easy and understanding way that can't charm students. This course of our college curriculum is not relevant, and it may make students industry ready. The semester exam is easy, and questions are not hard if we read according to the syllabus. 70% of students find it easy to pass the semester exam.

Placements: Srinivas institute of technology in Bangalore is known for its placement, especially in engineering and management fields. The highest package offered is 10-12 LPA. The hostel is not good, the mess is fine. The Wi-Fi is slow, not the fastest. They would force you to register for a certification course.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, but still they lack practical knowledge. The course directly doesn’t make you industry ready, but college offers certification courses by changing us only. Professors are good, but lack practical experience to deliver to students.
