Good infrastructure, development, education, & a neat, clean campus environment.
Placements: A good number of B.Com. (Hons.) students get placed in well-known companies, while there is some variation in placements for B.Com. (Programme) students. The highest package goes up to 10 LPA, and the average package is around 4–5 LPA. Top companies that visit JDMC include Wipro and, occasionally, McKinsey. Top students get internships at companies like Adda247 and Wipro, as well as Dabur, Amazon, and Meesho. Accounting Manager is one of the top roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: Facilities at my college are quite good compared to others. You get clean washrooms, classrooms, an auditorium, and a cafeteria that provides good food. There is also a dairy, a Nescafé outlet, and a photocopy shop, which are helpful for students. Wi-Fi does not work properly unless you connect your device correctly. I live in the hostel, so I can share my experience with its facilities. The hostel is available only for first-year students. It is neat and clean, both inside and outside, and has a common room, lift, sports facilities, and a mess that provides good food.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and the teaching quality is satisfactory. JDMC has many societies that help students develop industry-related skills. The incubation society helps students develop a small-business mindset. The exams are not very difficult to pass, as is the case in most DU colleges. The pass percentage is quite good, at around 93–96%.
Other: I chose this course to pursue my career goal of becoming an RBI officer, and I aim to achieve that position one day. The best parts of my course are accounting, business law, and business studies. Events like Symphony and Jyotsna are celebrated nicely, mostly during the winter after the semester exams. The crowd is decent, neither too good nor too bad. It is easy to connect with other students. Physical education department often organizes sports activities. Students can participate & win prizes.

Really good infrastructure and campus.
Placements: The campus placement is average. No one I know has got an internship through college. They get it through placement apps like Internshala, etc., or through their own connections. They can also get internships through Delhi University official internships like Vice Chancellor Internships.
Infrastructure: Hostels are offered to first years. It has excellent infrastructure and staff. Separate events are conducted in the hostel. The food served is okay. Overall facilities are great. They also take the hostellers on trips to nearby places. Only one of the gate guards is not good as he's really rude.
Faculty: The teaching staff is good and helpful. My course includes extra lessons for Tally, Excel, and Marketing, so it makes the students industry-ready. Some departments also take their students to places like Manali, etc., for trips. There are also extra subjects added to the course like SEC, VAC, AEC, and GE.
Other: The fest of JDMC is really good and fun.

Janki Devi Memorial College is a place where you have the freedom to make a dream turn into reality.
Placements: The college has an inbuilt college society specially curated for the Placement Cell. This helps us get internships and offer letters. I am pursuing one currently too. But I genuinely think it can be a little improved. I have seen my own seniors getting into companies via the cell.
Infrastructure: They have all kinds of facilities needed for us, be it labs, Wi-Fi, or digital classrooms. Each aspect and department is good at its own niche. The canteen provides us with the healthiest food items without compromising on taste. It also makes us not miss our home.
Faculty: Teachers are really well-taught and educated in the way they deliver notes and lectures so that we understand everything. The course is just so relevant, as they make us apply such things in practical life. Semester exams are a little difficult, as I heard from seniors. I haven't given any yet, though, so I will experience it soon.
Other: They host some of the finest college events, and I just love being a student here. The crowd is below average, but the arrangements say it all.

Review of Janki Devi Memorial College, Delhi University.
Placements: Major firms across finance, consulting, banking, and IT regularly participate in recruitment drives, such as EY, Deloitte, IBM, Accenture, etc. The placement cell provides complete guidance to the students. It is also very easy to get a letter of recommendation for any internship. Six weeks of attendance is also provided.
Infrastructure: The college hostel is very spacious, with triple-sharing rooms and trees everywhere. The infrastructure is on par with other colleges, with a good canteen, spacious library, and helpful staff. The sports facilities are also very good at JDMC, with coaches available.
Faculty: Teachers are very approachable and friendly. The syllabus and course curriculum are according to NEP 2020. Regular tutorials are held. Regular mentor-mentee sessions, career sessions, and faculty sessions are held for doubt-solving and for taking students' concerns into account.

My college is a hidden gem because it has good infrastructure and well-qualified faculty.
Placements: In the placement process at our college, students get opportunities in areas such as marketing, sales, human resources, business development, and operations. This helps them gain practical experience. It also helps them understand the corporate environment. The approximate placement percentage from our college is 67%.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is one of its strongest points. The campus is well-maintained. It has spacious classrooms, a good library, computer facilities, and other basic amenities required for students. The classrooms provide a comfortable environment for learning. The college also provides activities and events. These encourage student interaction. Overall, the infrastructure is decent. It creates a positive and comfortable atmosphere for both academic and personal development.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable. They are supportive and approachable. They explain concepts clearly. They are always willing to help students with their doubts. They also encourage students to participate in discussions & activities. B.Com curriculum covers important subjects related to accounting, finance, economics, and business. It helps make students industry-ready.
Other: We have a fest named Symphony, which is really amazing compared to other DU colleges.

Beautiful campus, kind faculty, great academics & festivals. Weak placements, hostel only 1st-years.
Placements: The college does not offer that much in terms of placements. Very few were placed during the last academic year. The students of the Commerce Department get the most placements. And for other courses like Bachelor of Arts and for Science students, there is very little chance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really good. Wi-Fi is available in the library and lab classes. The majority of classrooms have smart boards in them. The library and labs are air-conditioned. The college also provides a hostel, which is only available for first-year students.
Faculty: The teaching faculty is amazing. Most of the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, although it is not practically applicable. Semester exams are not that difficult if you have studied throughout the semester and solved previous years' question papers during exams, it is really easy.

The best college for the B.Com program.
Placements: About 20 students get placed in my course. They get placed in very good companies with good packages. The highest package is 10 LPA. The lowest package is 6 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA in my course. Top recruiters are EY, KPMG, and Google. About 10% of students get placed in MNCs. The roles include management, finance, consulting, and marketing.
Infrastructure: Facilities are excellent, and the infrastructure is also very good. We have facilities like Wi-Fi and labs that are in very good condition and work very well. Canteen food is also good. Medical facilities are also excellent. Sports and games tournaments organized by the college are also very good.
Faculty: The teaching staff is very friendly and the best at their jobs. They are highly qualified, always helpful, and very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is excellent. This course is curriculum-relevant. It makes students industry-ready by providing good education and insights. The difficulty of the semester exams is moderate.
Other: I chose this course because I want to work in finance. This is the best way to begin my corporate finance career. Nothing is best in its limit. The fests, events, and crowd are also very good.

Really good infrastructure.
Placements: The average package is around 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Companies like JLL, Zomato, and EY visited the college for placements. Internships are provided. When I was in my final year, a company named Finx visited the college and provided a free course in finance. There are various grounds such as written tests, HR rounds, etc., for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome. The college has the best garden with a lot of different types of flowers. There is a playground and a huge cafeteria. It is average. The auditorium is very huge and open. Functions and fests are held there without any space problem.
Faculty: The college is strict regarding attendance. 75% is a must to appear in exams. The faculty is very helpful and supportive. They always help students with their curriculum. Books are provided by the college. All books are available in the college library for our course.
Other: I passed out of this college in 2024. I was from the commerce department. Scholarships are provided to BPL students. The college has various societies like debate, drama, dance, NCC, and NSS. The college provides a good platform for all talents.

Janki Devi college is a good college. The crowd, studies, the atmosphere is good at this college. it ranks 30th to 35th in Delhi university.
