AAT 2026 Counselling

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority conducts a centralized, common online counselling process for all qualifiers. Individual institutional choice entry windows are integrated smoothly within the combined JoSAA framework. For elite institutional architecture admissions, the qualified candidates will have to apply through the single-window system. There are 3 premier IITs that accept AAT qualifiers based on their JEE Advanced ranks. These locations are - IIT Roorkee , IIT Kharagpur , and IIT Varanasi (BHU) . The typical national-level counseling procedure is outlined below:
  • Qualified candidates must log into the common JoSAA Admission Interface immediately following their AAT declaration to unlock architecture choice-filling tabs.
  • Candidates select and lock in their choices of specific IIT campuses and institutional locations based on personal priority indices.
  • Unified allocation systems allot seats using the candidate's category-wise JEE Advanced All India Rank (AIR) paired with an active AAT passing clearance status.
  • Complete online reporting: This includes:
    • Payment of structural institutional seat acceptance and reservation fees.
    • Allocation validation through option freezing or floating adjustments across multi-stage seat rounds.

AAT 2026 Answer Keys

The organizing authority does not release an official AAT 2026 answer key online at jeeadv.ac.in . Because the paper contains fully subjective sketching tasks, perspective layouts, and creative composition modules, no structured multiple-choice key can be compiled. Candidates map out their performance tracking based on core drawing conventions and design paradigms.
While calculating internal probabilities, candidates evaluate their execution speeds against standard syllabus elements. Calculated projections remain completely indicative as final qualification determinations depend solely on official grading sheets.
