A fluctuating trend was recorded in BArch and MArch placement rate over the past three years (2021 to 2023). The table below mentions the CEPT University placement trends for a detailed analysis:

CEPT University selection criteria is both merit and entrance-based. For MArch, the selection criteria is merit-based. CEPT University offers MArch course in full-time mode. The course is offered in the stream of Architecture and Planning, Design, Humanities and Social Science. Programmes like MBA, the university requires a valid score CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/ ATMA/GMAT/CUET (PG).  Candidates without national-level entrance exam scores shall be required to undertake the CEPT Test conducted by CEPT University.

The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University average package details have not been released. However, the course-wise median package is available, which is presented below:

The University has disclosed the median salary details for Architecture courses. During 2023 placements, the median package offered to BArch students was INR 5.80 LPA. For MArch courses, it stood at INR 7.50 LPA. Check the table below to know the CEPT University placement package details for 2023:

The application mode is online at CEPT University. However, to apply for the desired course, the students need to meet the last educational qualifications. Thre university offers entrance and merit-based admission to its courses. To apply for admission, candidates are required to fill out the eligiblity and selection criteria set by the university.

 Masters in Housing Design at CEPT University focused on developing expertise in the architectural design of Housing. The programme will primarily focus on preparing architecturally innovative, thoughtful, and contextually sensitive housing designs.  The course also focuses on evolving housing types to reflect the social changes, technology innovations, building regulations, landscape strategies, land efficiency and climate response to inform and strengthen the quality of housing designs in urban areas.

CoA will not release the NATA 2026 counselling dates. No common counselling process will be held for NATA qualified candidates. For admissions, the candidates will have to individually apply to their preferred institute. The individual counselling dates will be prepared and released by the participating institutes. Candidates will have to check the counselling dates and apply accordingly to their preferred institutes.

Students can check the pre-admission scholarship list of documents from the points mentioned below:

1. Income Tax Returns of all earning family members for last two years along with copy of Detailed  Income Computation. (Financial year 2022-23 Assessment Year 2023-24, Financial year 2023-24 Assessment Year 2024-25).

2. If Parent(s) are having business income, copy of Signed/Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for Financial year 2023-24 -Assessment Year 2024-25.
   
   
3. List of Immovable Properties and Investments owned by the family along with Approx. Market Value as on 31.3.2024. 
   
   
4. Copy of Bank statement last six months.

6. Student undertaking that they are not recipients of any other government/private scholarships or grants or benefits.  
   
   
7. Family Income declaration by parents/guardians, stating definite income as per the Income tax return Financial Year 2023-24 from all sources by way of an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50 is required.(as per given Format of Affidavit).  
   
   
8. Copy of Bank passbook or blank crossed cheque of the bank (Account must be in the name of the student applying for Scholarship).
   
   
9. Educational Expenses of other siblings and any Government/Other help.  
   
   
10. Receipt of Fee payment of the last semester / year attended at the last School/College/ University.

The 1st step of UCEED 2025 counseling is online registration.

The counseling registration process for UCEED 2025 will be conducted starting the 2nd week of March 2025. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam and have been assigned a merit rank in UCEED 2024 were eligible to participate in the counseling process. 

The 2nd step is selection of campuses.

Eligible candidates had to register for counseling and select their choice of colleges in the order of priority at the time of registration.

In the 3rd step, seat allotment is made.

The allotment of seats is as per the merit rank of the candidate in UCEED 2025 and choices selected. Post the allotment of seats, the candidate have to pay the sea-acceptance fee and confirm their admission.

Pre Admission Scholarship (Means based) can be availed only by filling up the online scholarship form along with admissions application form. The forms are available at the official website. Applicant will be able to access the online scholarship form only after submitting the admissions application form. Applicant need to fill up the online scholarship form only once, irrespective of number of programmes he or she wish to apply.
