BIHER starts sale of application forms for BEEE 2020

The institute along with launching the BEEE 2020 application form online as well as through post office, has also announced scholarship worth Rs 20 crore under various schemes.

Bharath University - Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER) on November 15 announced the launch of sale of application form for Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination or BEEE 2020 online and also through post offices. With the increasing demand among students for admission to BIHER and unavailability of application forms offline for students in remote or rural areas, the institute this year launched the availability of hardcopy of the form at post offices. In addition to the online mode, the students could now have the copy of the application and brochures, across various states of the country. 

The Applications for BEEE 2020 will be available in the University campuses and in corporate office at Adyar, Chennai along with online and select post offices starting next week.

It was announced that all students can receive their applications through online mode and in person for Rs 1,000 or by way of Demand Draft favouring BHARATH INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION & RESEARCH, payable at Selaiyur, Chennai-73, drawn on any nationalised bank. These forms will be available for a price of Rs 1,200 at post offices. For the list of post offices to buy the form, the students can visit University’s website.

The eligible students will appear for BEEE 2020 which will be held on April 19 next year. Alternatively, the students can take the entrance examination online from April 20-24. The ranking list will be prepared, followed by counselling process. 

It has also been announced by Founder Chairman Dr S Jagathratchagan that Rs 20 crore will be allotted for meritorious students to receive scholarship for various courses (Engineering & Technology, Arts & Science, Agriculture, Architecture, Law, Pharmacy, MBA, MCA, etc.) under different schemes.

He also informed that the students from rural sector and the students belonging to Economically Weaker Section, performing good in academic, will be given preference for scholarship.
