IIIT Manipur Cutoff 2019: Category-wise JEE Main Cutoff Ranks

IIIT Manipur JEE Main cut off 2023 has been released for BTech courses. As per IIIT Manipur BTech cutoff 2023, the Round 6 closing rank was 46351 for General category candidates in All India quota for Computer Science Engineering. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 50763 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

IIIT Manipur offers a four-year BTech programme at the UG level. Admission to the programme is based on JEE Main rank, followed by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) Counselling. The institute-specific qualifying cutoff is announced after the declaration of JEE Main result to manage the seat allotment process. The seat allotment process is based on the college cutoff and the candidate's preference for courses and colleges. The cutoffs are generally declared in seven rounds of JoSAA Counselling based on opening and closing ranks for each of the programme-specific specialisations.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 35437 and closing rank was 64875. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 37490 and 88188. Admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIIT Manipur - Indian Institute of Information Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

IIIT Manipur - Indian Institute of Information Technology will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course

While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Main, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.
