IIIT Manipur BTech is provided in two Engineering streams. The UG-level course is offered in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. IIIT Manipur admission is a multi-step process that is conducted in online mode. If you've got 90 percentile in JEE and you're OBC, then yep, IIIT Manipur is definitely in the picture for CSE. Their cutoffs for OBC hover around 90–92 percentile most years, so you're right there. Just don't skip the later JoSAA rounds, they're lowkey your best shot. Keep a couple backup colleges
