VMMC Cutoff 2022: Check NEET PG Category-wise Cutoff Ranks

VMMC NEET PG cutoff 2022 was released for admission to MD and MS courses. The cutoff was released as opening and closing ranks for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS and PWD categories. As per the NEET PG last-round cutoff 2022, the closing ranks for MD courses ranged between 69 and 117714 for the General AI category students. VMMC Cutoff 2022 For General All India Category  

The VMMC cutoff 2022 was released as opening and closing ranks for the General AI category candidates. During the last-round cutoff, the closing ranks varied between 69 and 117714, of which MD in Radio Diagnosis was the most competitive programme. The second most in-demand course was MD in General Medicine, which has the first and last-round closing rank of 80. The least competitive course to get into the Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital was MD in Physiology. For more course-wise cutoff details, refer to the table below: 

VMMC Cutoff 2022 For OBC All India Category

For the OBC category students, the NEET PG cutoff 2022 was announced for admission to the MD and MS courses. Considering the MD's last-round cutoff, Radio Diagnosis was the most desirable programme to get into for admission in 2022. On the contrary, the most lenient cutoff was 150408 for admission to the Bio-Chemistry programme. For MS admission, the NEET PG 2022 cutoff varied between 1416 and 14004 of which, MS in Orthopaedics was the most demanded specialisation among the OBC category students in AI quota. VMMC Cutoff 2022 For SC All India Category

Compared to the General and OBC category students, the competition was less among the SC category candidates for admission to the MD and MS courses. For the SC category, Radio Diagnosis was the most competitive MD course similar to General and OBC category students. However, the NEET PG closing cutoff for the SC category is less competitive, i.e., 184, as compared to the General and OBC categories, with a last-round closing rank of 69 and 84, respectively. VMMC Cutoff 2022 For ST All India Category

Candidates can view the MD and MS specialisation-wise NEET PG 2022 cutoff ranks for ST category students at VMMC. The last-round closing ranks for MD admission ranged between 10566 and 95449 of which MD in Paediatrics was the most desirable specialisation for admission. VMMC Cutoff 2022 For EWS All India Category

In 2022, admission to the MD and MS courses was based on valid NEET PG scores, followed by counselling rounds. Basis the last-round cutoff, MD in Radio Diagnosis was the most sought-after specialisation among the students seeking admission to the MD course. Candidates who want to secure a seat at VMMC irrespective of any course choice can also consider MD in General Medicine and MS in General Surgery with lenient last-round closing ranks of 312 and 757, respectively. VMMC Cutoff 2022 For PWD All India Category

VMMC PWD cutoff 2022 was declared for MD in General Medicine, MD in Radio Diagnosis and MS in Orthopaedics courses via NEET PG. Considering the last-round cutoff 2022, the NEET PG closing ranks for General Medicine was 17426, while for Radio Diagnosis, the closing cutoff was 1072. For MS in Orthopaedics, the first and last-round closing ranks were 62444 and 4673, respectively.
