VMMC Cutoff 2022: Check NEET PG Category-wise Cutoff Ranks

VMMC NEET PG cutoff 2022 was released for admission to MD and MS courses. The cutoff was released as opening and closing ranks for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS and PWD categories. As per the NEET PG last-round cutoff 2022, the closing ranks for MD courses ranged between 69 and 117714 for the General AI category students. VMMC Cutoff 2022 For OBC All India Category
For the OBC category students, the NEET PG cutoff 2022 was announced for admission to the MD and MS courses. Considering the MD's last-round cutoff, Radio Diagnosis was the most desirable programme to get into for admission in 2022. On the contrary, the most lenient cutoff was 150408 for admission to the Bio-Chemistry programme. For MS admission, the NEET PG 2022 cutoff varied between 1416 and 14004 of which, MS in Orthopaedics was the most demanded specialisation among the OBC category students in AI quota. The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College other than General category are - 452 for OBC, 1964 for SC, 88550 for ST, 402 for EWS. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State.

Compared to the General and OBC category students, the competition was less among the SC category candidates for admission to the MD and MS courses. For the SC category, Radio Diagnosis was the most competitive MD course similar to General and OBC category students. However, the NEET PG closing cutoff for the SC category is less competitive, i.e., 184, as compared to the General and OBC categories, with a last-round closing rank of 69 and 84, respectively.
