We make our students industry ready, says Prof. Aditya Malik, KR Mangalam University
Prof. Aditya Malik is the Vice Chancellor of KR Mangalam University, Gurgaon. He was conferred with the title of 'Inspired Teacher' – the highest civilian recognition for University-level teachers in India, by the former President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, in the year 2016.

Q: What is the difference between the teaching methodology in your institute and others?
We encourage hands-on practical and interactive Pedagogy, through which our students develop creativity and critical thinking. This also helps them be innovative. This is very much different from theoretical and black-board oriented teaching done in other institutions.
Q. How are you preparing your students to be Industry ready?
We offer lectures and meetings with industry experts. The high-level placements, Internships, and Project-based learning help our students be ready for the industry.
Q: What quality do your students have which other college students lack?
Our students are curious and passionate. They are highly conscious of the safety and security of each other.
Q: Do you think the curriculum of the courses taught in your institute fits in the requirement of the industry?
Yes, definitely! The innovative course content and project-based learning make the students fit for the industry.
Q: Is your college receptive to the innovation, technology, science & entrepreneurship?
Absolutely! We are highly receptive to Innovation, Technology, Science, and Entrepreneurship. In the past year, we have established The Institute for Inventions, Innovations, and Entrepreneurship (TIIIE). This is a unique institute in India that reflects our commitment to the areas mentioned above.
