Is part time BTech lateral entry available and what is the duration?

Hello, There is lateral entry for B.Tech civil engineering in Sardar Patel College of Engineering, but it is a full time course for 3 years. It’s is not a part time course. The total fees for 3 years is INR 2.21 lakhs. Eligibility: Candidate must have completed Diploma Course in Engineering and Tech
