CBSE 10th Results 2020 to release SOON! The sudden declaration of the CBSE 12th Results 2020 left the students waiting for the CBSE 10th Results 2020. According to the reports, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is prepping up to release the Class 10 Results of CBSE. Earlier, in the court, while announcing the cancellation of the CBSE 10th Board Exams 2020 and CBSE 12th Board Exams 2020, the Board assured that the CBSE Results 2020 will be released by July 15, 2020. As we all know that the Board released the CBSE 12th Results 2020 without any prior announcement about its release day or time. This is why students are alert as they are expecting a surprise release of the CBSE 10th Results 2020 as well. However, before the Board releases the Class 10 board results, there are certain important points that students must know.

CBSE 10th Result in Two Days

Human Resource and Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ as well as CBSE Board, announced earlier that the CBSE Board Results 2020 for both 10th and 12th Classes will be announced by July 15, 2020. Now with the release of CBSE 12th Results 2020 on July 13, it is expected that CBSE 10th Results 2020 will be released soon as well. As there are just two days left to go for the deadline of 15th July 2020, CBSE can announce the CBSE 10th Results 2020 anytime soon. Just like Class 12 Results CBSE, the results for CBSE 10th Exam 2020 will also be declared online via official result portal i.e. cbseresults.nic.in.

Alternative Assessment Technique

According to the earlier declaration made by the CBSE, the Board will be releasing the CBSE 10th Results 2020 based on an alternative assessment technique. As the pending Class 10 exams that got interrupted due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus are cancelled by the Board considering the ongoing pandemic situation, the Board will consider only those subjects for which the students appeared before COVID-19 lockdown. CBSE 10th Results 2020 will be based on the subjects students appeared for the CBSE 10th Board Exams 2020

No CBSE 10th Toppers List?

As the CBSE Board Results 2020 are being calculated on the basis of an alternative assessment scheme announced by the CBSE; the board decided not to announce any toppers list or merit list for Class 12 students. As the Board will be following the same assessment technique for Class 10 students as well, the board is likely to continue this policy of not declaring CBSE 10th Toppers List 2020 as well after the results are declared. Although, the official confirmation is yet to be received by the Board.

Alternative ways to check CBSE 10th Results 2020

CBSE will not release CBSE 10th results online on its official result portals i.e. cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. The 10th Board results will be available via multiple online and offline methods. Students who cannot access the internet can check their CBSE 10th Results 2020 via SMS and  INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM (IVRS) Students can also download their CBSE 10th marksheet and passing certificate via DigiLocker.

Goa SSC board does not sent any individual notification regarding the declaration of the Goa 10th result. Students need to keep a track of the same online. Once announced, the Goa SSC results can be checked by logging with the required credentials.

Goa HSSC board conducts the Goa 10th board exam only once in a year. It is held in the month of Feb/March. The board then conducts the supplementary exam in June/July for those who do not clear the Goa 10th board exam.
