Amrita School of Engineering Bengaluru BTech Courses & Fees 2026: Eligibility, Admission Dates, Seats

Amrita Bangalore BTech application process is conducted in online mode. The selection of candidates for the BTech course is done on entrance basis through either JEE Mains score or the AEEE exam conducted for Amrita School of Engineering Bengaluru admissions. The steps mentioned below shows the entire process for Amrita Bangalore BTech course admissions:

1: ASE Bengaluru Application Process 2026

Candidates must choose Bengaluru as center during form filling. The students need to register on the official website with a valid email ID and number. Steps-wise process of online application form filling is:

1.1: After selectiong Bengaluru campus, students are directed to the main website.

1.2: Choose the BTech course by clicking on 'Apply Now'.

1.3: Fill out the form.

After registration, candidates receive a login ID. While filling out application form candidates can choose between AEEE exam and JEE exam. Candidates who want to apply through the AEE exam can follow the steps below:

1.4: Enter Contact details of the Parent / Guardian/ academic details.

1.5: Candidates have to register and select:

• Choose three cities preferred to attend the AEEE in CBT mode
• Do you want to consider based on the JEE CRL Rank?

1.6: Preview the form.

1.8: Payment of the application fees.

Documents Required at the Time of Admissions

• Certificates along with mark sheets of both Class 10 & 12
• AEEE or JEE Mains scorecard
• Proof of both ID and address
• Passport-size photographs
• Character certificate
• Migration certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Attested copies of birth certificate and last qualifying examination
• Attested copies of any other necessary document required (SC/ ST/ OBC certificate etc.)

2: AEE Exam (Candidates with JEE Main score can skip)

The university conducts a computer-based test, AEEE for admission to its BTech course. It is conducted in two phases in CBT mode at national level.

3: Counselling

Candidates who pass the exam have to go through Amrita BTech CSAP for counselling. It allows AEEE-qualified students to select courses and campuses and receive seat allocations for admission. Candidates with AEEE rank or JEE Mains percentile/rank have to register for CSAP 2026.

4: Seat Allotment

After counselling candidates are allotted seats and campuses based on AEEE/JEE ranks and scores. Seat allotment is fully online and there is no need for the candidates to visit the campus to attend the counselling. For seat confirmation, the students need to pay the admission fee amount.

Amrita School of Engineering Bengaluru BTech scholarships are mostly comprised of merit-based scholarships for both undergraduate and postgraduate course students. These scholarships are provided under the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.

As per the norms of AICTE, all the GATE-qualified students must receive a Post Graduate Scholarship of INR 12,400 per month. NON-GATE and GATE students can apply for the scholarships available at the university level mentioned below:
