Decoding Anjuman College of Engineering and Technology Nagpur.

Placements: If I consider out of 100 students, at least 50 to 60 students get placements, but students must be eligible for placement. If students don’t have the required skills for cracking the interview, they cannot sit in campus placements. You should maintain a CGPA of at least above 7 for college placement, as the college does not accept students with a lower CGPA.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility for first-year students. The classrooms are spacious. The college does not have hostel facilities. You will need to find rented rooms or PGs nearby. There is no canteen in the college, but you can find everything from stationary to snacks shops just outside the college.

Faculty: The faculty is very cooperative and helpful. The lab assistants are also very supportive during practical sessions. This course primarily provides practical knowledge about specific skills, and you need to learn additional skills by yourself to become industry-ready.

Other: I am a 2023 batch student. The college hosts cultural fests, celestial events, and other activities. It also focuses on extracurricular activities and has a section for scholarships.

Quality Education and best faculty members.

Placements: About 70% of students are placed in IT companies such as HCL, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Capegemini, etc. The highest package is 6 Lacs rupees per annum and the lowest package is 2.5 Lacs rupees per annum. About 80% students have completed their internships.

Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi connection at every floor of the building is present. Bigger classrooms with Airy windows, light and fans. The biggest library in Nagpur University with ample of books for curriculum studies. No hostel and no canteen are there. Sports facilities for both girls and boys are there.

Faculty: Experienced faculty members with best knowledge of their course. The Course Curriculum is provided by the RTM Nagpur University in Nagpur. A single Semester is of 3 to 4 months and exams are conducted after every semester. The pass percentage is about 80%.

Other: The Course of Computer Science provides a vast scope in technical field. The College should update their device from time to time. Events like Celestial, Freshers, Foundation day are organised every year.

A comprehensive education for engineering students.

Placements: ACET has been successful in placing a significant percentage of its student in required companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro and etc. Recently the average salary package offered to students is depending on the branch and it is in range between INR 2.5 LPA to 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories like library and sports facilities. It also has a dedicated training and placement cell to provide career guidance and job opportunities to its students but there is no canteen for us.

Faculty: Anjuman college of engineering and technology focuses on providing a comprehensive education to its student with a curriculum that is designed to prepare them for challenges of the real world. Our college has a rigorous examination process to evaluate the knowledge and skills of the students.

Other: I chose CSE because in the future the computer engineer are in demand and the companies and this world needs us.

It has good infrastructure, good curriculum activities and sports, and good faculty members.

Placements: About 90% of students get placed in on-campus placements every year. There are many teachers who help students to get placed in various companies. Our college provides guidance and support. Good campus placement offers come every year so students can easily get placed. Students are lucky that they come here and get placed in the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure development of our college is good. Hostels are not on campus but nearby campus for security purposes for both girls and boys. There is no need to face any problems living on campus.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and supportive. They help students to score well in academic subjects. Some students are poor in some subjects but teachers help them with their talents to get good marks in those subjects.

It is one of the best colleges in Nagpur.

Placements: Our college has many internship programs. Recently, companies like Infosys came to the college to recruit students. The highest package offered till now is 9 LPA. Our college also involves us in gaining very practical knowledge, which helps us in the future for campus selection.

Infrastructure: The faculty are all professional and experienced. The college buildings are good enough. Our campus consists of 3 main buildings. The 1st main building is for all the 3rd year and 4th-year students, a library and the administration office. The 2nd block is the mechanical building, where mechanical students of all years have classes and workshops. The last one is only for 1st-year students.

Faculty: Every teacher is skilled and professional in their work. The college guides us in a good manner, as they arrange very tough exams for us every time. There are CAT-1 and CAT-2 every semester, which split the semester syllabus into 2 equal parts, and semester exams are held every 6 months.

Other: I'm in my 1st year CSE, and everything is good here except the ground. Everything else is going great here.

Can I get admissin in this college for BE CSE? I've got 74% in 12th, 68 in MHTCET and I belong to optn category.

Hello Sahil, This college being a minority college, 50% seats will be reserved for Muslim students. With only 68 marks in MHTCET, I am afraid your chances are quite less.
