IIIT Pune Cutoff 2025: Check Category-Wise JEE Main Cutoff

IIIT Pune cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of the final round of seat allotment for enrollment to the BTech course and its multiple specialisations. The cutoff was released for a total of 9 rounds based on the students' performance in the JEE Main entrance examination. IIIT Pune Cutoff 2025 for General AI Category

The IIIT Pune JEE Main cutoff 2025 was 17707 in the first round and 38412 in the last round for admission to the BTech course and its 2 branches. Out of the 2, the more competitive course for admission was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, which had a cutoff ranging between 17707 and 27931, respectively. IIIT Pune Cutoff 2025 for OBC AI Category

IIIT Pune OBC cutoff 2025 for the first and last rounds is tabulated below. IIIT Pune released the cutoff ranks for 2 courses, namely B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The last round cutoff ranged from 40318 to 50860, wherein BTech CSE had the lower rank, thus making it the more sought-after course for this category. More details can be seen below. 

IIIT Pune Cutoff 2025 for SC AI Category

As per the JEE Main cutoff ranks for the SC category, students belonging to the All India category, the round 1 cutoff varied from 4857 to 6388. As per this range, the more accessible course for admission was B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. This course had the first round cutoff of 6388. IIIT Pune Cutoff 2025 for ST AI Category

IIIT Pune admissions were closed at a rank of 340811 for the B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering course. Hence, students who belong to this category needed to attain a rank of at least 340811 to be considered for a seat at this institution. 

If compared to the SC AI category, where admissions closed at a rank of 181637. Due to this difference in the last round ranks, we can say that the admissions were more competitive for the SC AI category as compared to the ST AI quota. For the EWS AI category students, the IIIT Patna BTech cutoff 2025 for the BTech CSE course had the last round cutoff of 35969. On the other hand, the JEE Main cutoff for the B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering course had the last round cutoff rank of 44906. 

The course with the lowest rank was BTech CSE. When compared to the ST AI quota, the same course had the last round cutoff of 282552, thus making the competition for this category more strict than the ST AI category. IIIT Pune Cutoff 2025 for PWD AI Category

The cutoff in the first round ranged between 496 and 745. In contrast, by the final round, the cutoff range varied from 439535 to 751040. The reason there's a huge gap between the initial and the last round ranks is that the seat allotment results are handled by two different authorities.
