MBA in Marketing Management - Batch of 2022

My experience at my college is very nice, and the college has good infrastructure.
Placements: From the 3rd semester, the college registers students on a portal where they can find internship opportunities. From the 5th semester, students become eligible for placement activities. Companies like Accenture, Amdocs, TCS, Capgemini, and Deloitte visit for campus drives. This year, the highest package is about ₹8 lakh, and the average package is about ₹3.4 lakh. About 70% of students get placed in college, and I secured a placement at Accenture.
Infrastructure: The campus life is awesome, and the social environment is great. There is no ragging at the college, and I appreciate that they do not require donations. The range and accessibility of books available in the library are in the thousands, which is impressive. The facilities in technology provisions within the classrooms are creative, as every class is equipped with smart room features. The sports and extracurricular activities offered on campus are great, with two grounds available for students to play, and events like the Balaji Premier League and other competitions.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio is quite good, and immediate help and responses are provided. The best faculty members are from the IT department, as they have resolved many of my issues regarding form filling and roll number changes. I haven't had any faculty I disliked personally. There are a total of four exams a year, with two exams per semester—one is a sessional exam, and the other is a final exam, along with various internal assignments. Overall, the sessionals are much easier than the finals. In my class, 27 out of 60 students failed. The course curriculum is quite relevant.

MBA in Financial Management - Batch of 2021

Lectures are very kind and have a good helping nature.
Placements: More than 80 percent of students were placed in our university with the highest salary package of 8.4 lakhs per annum and the lowest package of 2.5 lakhs per annum. Many companies visit our college. 10 percent of students got internships in our college. The top roles offered in our course are financial analyst, financial managing, etc.
Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure and facilities are available. They provide Wi-Fi, labs, and medical facilities. Separate departments are provided with separate classrooms for every course. Food is available in our hostel. Sports and games are available. Cultural events are performed.
Faculty: Lectures are very helpful for us; they have good qualifications and knowledge. The teaching quality is excellent, which makes it easy for us to understand. Exams are very difficult, and we have to study well to pass the semester exams. The passing percentage is 50 percent of marks.

MBA in Financial Management - Batch of 2021

Best faculty and excellent placements.
Placements: As of right now, 35% of students have been placed. Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Flipkart, and Infosys are among the top employers. Every student was given an internship. The most popular positions available are those of financial analyst, business consultant, researcher, management trainee, and many more.
Infrastructure: The college and hostel buildings are quite good, with an adequate library, a lift, and computer facilities for students. Other amenities include a gym and swimming facilities, among others. The mess is also good, with good-quality food to feed the students all day. Some of the foods that are popular are of various types.
Faculty: The curriculum is also a relevant research method in this study. It is also important to understand that in the first semester, all the domain subjects are taught to have better knowledge. The teachers are also good and helpful, because we do not have the chance to develop a real-life project, and this is my only negative remark; otherwise, everything else is good.

Absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: Campus placements percentage of the college is 100%. I got placed in Johnson control as a finance analyst. Some students got good companies while the others did not. The highest package offered is 10 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA. One needs to clear all the backlogs before their 3rd semester to be eligible for the campus placements. For internships, many companies come to the campus. Big companies like Deloitte come and hire 2 students. But all the students at Balaji get internships.
Infrastructure: The college campus life superb, everyone knows Balaji college is known for its parties and strictness as well as the fest conducted. The campus is spread across 20 acres having 4 buildings and a hostel compound full of greenery. We have 4 libraries and 2 huge auditoriums. The classrooms are equipped with basic facilities like projectors. Hostel is quite decent, in every cluster of hostel, there are 4 rooms with each room having 3 students girls and boys separately. We have a sofa in the cluster where we all can study.
Faculty: I was in finance and this course consists of all finance subjects after 1st sem like corporate finance, spam, etc. Some of the senior faculty members are highly qualified and experts in their field and some of them have also taught in IIMs. The exams are conducted on a regular basis and surprise (internal) tests and external subjects are passed without backlog is a miracle. Most of the students have 1 backlog at least, self study is best for passing.
Other: There are some issues with strictness, fee structure, and biased nature of the faculty that needs to be changed.

Satisfied with everything in the college.
Placements: The placement of the college is average. The average package offered is 5–6 lacs. The college provides a 2-month internship in May and June in which students have to sell corporate magazines to gain actual experience in selling and distribution. The college has a good ROI in placement; its highest package goes up to 13 lacs.
Infrastructure: On the college campus, many events are organized. Drishti, which includes sports and cultural events—Aiyaswamy for junior batch students; Miniaiyaswamy mini cultural fest. On college campus, we have sports ground. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled, labs are well maintained, and the library is fully furnished and has dozens of books. I did not stay in a hostel; instead, I rented a one-bedroom flat for 9,000 rupees per month.
Faculty: Teachers are professional in their teaching; it gets reflected; they are Ph.D. qualified. The college schedule is hectic. We have many exams: surprise tests, practical tests, and theoretical tests. All is easy if you are a regular in college. In our batch, more than 80% of students cleared but scoring is very difficult.
Other: In the library, we have 70,000 books. As the principle told in speech, college fees is nearly 8.5 lacs for 2 years.

Our college provides good facilities and faculty members.
Placements: Placements provided in our college were great. Many MNCs reached our college to offer internship and preplacement opportunities. Many of our batch mates got placed and now working with the companies. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA and the highest salary package was 15 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostel provided 3 sharing rooms with a capacity of 500 students. Hostels were provided on a first come first serve basis and the rest of the students went for PGs or flats. The fee for PG was Rs.80,000 to Rs.90,000 per annum. There were 2 messes that serves hygienic food, one mess served vegetarian food and the other served both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items. There was a special Jain thali for the Jain community.
Faculty: Majority of the faculty members in our college were well-qualified from other universities and had industrial experience. Most of them were from other international universities all over the world. Examinations conducted were class tests, mid-semester exams, etc., that help students to clear the exam by studying once.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in studying management course and getting a job.
