The placements are good. Faculty members are experienced.
Placements: If talking about percentage 60% of students get placed. Most of them were placed in companies like Mahindra, Honda, Line, and MG Motors. The highest package was around 8 lacs per annum and the lowest was around 3 lacs. Talking about internships students get an option to do internships in college itself or they can do it on their own.
Infrastructure: The hostel is nice with respect to quality of living but the food is not that good. The Wi-Fi over the hostel is not that good but you could work with that. There are AC rooms as well as non-AC rooms in the hostel. The hostel does not have a RO system for water.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and are highly qualified. They surely will help us become industry-ready. The course is based on making the students industry-ready. There are 2 mid-semester sem examinations conducted and an end-sem examination. For a difficult level on a scale of 1-10, I would rate it a 6.

It's an amazing college for studies and placements in core branches.
Placements: Placements in BVM College are about 80%. Last year's package is around 9 LPA in the mechanical course. The top companies offering jobs in Birla Vishvakarma Vidhyalaya like Tata, Elecon, Infosys, etc. BVM conducts specific lectures for students to get placed in companies. They provide all the skills required, like leadership, initiative, and confidence.
Infrastructure: We have very good infrastructure for the mechanical course. BVM has Smartboards instead of blackboards, making it much easier to understand concepts of topics to be covered. All labs contains air-conditioned. Also, BVM provides hostel facilities for students, which contains AC rooms, non-AC rooms, common bathrooms, and attached bathrooms.
Faculty: Faculty members of BVM are super friendly and supportive. They are also well-qualified, like they have done their Master's and Ph.D. in their specific programme. The course curriculum is almost the best, but recently, they have changed the curriculum for the batch starting from 2024-25, which is according to industry requirements. BVM is an autonomous institute, so papers are very tough to crack if you don't understand topics clearly.
Other: This course is an evergreen course, so we don't have to worry about any market shortage. Mechanical help us get into college which contains like robotics, automation, production, etc. There is a festival called Udaan at BVM that happens every year. By being a part of it, we can have so much fun, get a chance to know everyone and make new friends.

Our college provides good teachers, placements, infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: Placements were decent. Almost 80% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Internships were offered in this course. Top recruiting companies were L&T and MG Motors.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average. Hostel facilities were not good. New hostels were under construction.
Faculty: Professors were well-qualified and knowledgeable. They had master's degrees from top institutions. The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams were moderately difficult. The course structure was as per the industrial requirements. Many assignments were conducted by teachers. The syllabus was hectic.

Our campus life is very good.
Placements: Around 40% of students got placed in different companies. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. In any course, the top recruitment is in IRM Energy. Adani, Home First, and L&T are the recruiters in our course. Almost 60% of students got internships. Job role offered is mostly as trainee engineer.
Infrastructure: In our college, many buildings and all the departments were renovated 2-3 years ago. The infrastructure is very good when compared to the previous one. BVM campus provides free Wi-Fi to it's students. Laboratory was well-maintained. Classrooms have one electronic board and each classroom has projector. Library is free for all students. Hostel facility is quite enough. BVM Hostel doesn't have a mess or canteen. Medical facility is quite good.
Faculty: In our department, all the faculty members were strict. They were very helpful, Mechanical department faculty do not compromise in the teaching quality. The course curriculum was fantastic and all the students were ready to do relevant jobs. Semester exams are very were difficult. The pass percentage was 35%.
Other: My brother studied from BVM College and he said that BVM is the best choice for me. The best thing about our course is that it includes practical knowledge provided by faculty members. Our college timing was from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Once in every month, events, fests, and extracurricular activities were conducted in this college.

Our college has good atmosphere.
Placements: Many companies visit our college for placements. IT and computer department students got good placements compared to other departments. Some students went abroad for higher education. Some students got placed in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college provides computer labs for all courses like IT, electronics, EC, electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering. The hostel is available in our college. Sports are available in our college. Our college has a canteen. The quality of the food is good. Wi-Fi is available in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members are intelligent. They help students. The teaching quality is good. It is an autonomous engineering college. We have three exams, two mid-semester exams, and one final semester exam each semester. The question papers are made by our faculty members only.
Other: I opted for this course because I liked working with machines. Mechanical engineering is a core branch. It is the oldest college. Our college is surrounded by greenery. It is a good college.

I recommend students to take admission to this college.
Placements: I'm not satisfied with the placements as per the tuition fees for SFI but for GIA students, it's good. In 2020-21, around 25% of students got placed in various companies. Around 4 students got placed at HLE Glasscoat. The highest salary package offered by MG Motors is 6.25 LPA, the lowest salary package offered by Rotomag is 1.2 LPA, and the average salary package is 3.74 LPA. Some top recruiting companies are HLE Glasscoat, Vashi Electrical, Torrent Power, etc.
Infrastructure: All the mechanical devices, laboratories, boilers, engines, and workshops are available in our college. Wi-Fi is provided to the students. Classrooms are very good with green boards, smart boards, speakers, and comfortable sitting arrangements. Library consists of a lot of books. Food quality is top notch but there is no RO water purifier. Medical facility is available in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are passionate about their subject and have in-depth knowledge. Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant and valuable. Students get practical knowledge through industry visits and become ready for industry. Semester exams are easy if students attend lectures regularly.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to learn about machines and their efficiency. Students can learn all the topics practically as our college has many mechanical devices, machines, and laboratories. The allocation of topics in the subject in our course should be changed. Many events are organised regularly for students to connect with other course students. Campus surroundings are calm. Special coordinators are available for scholarship applications.

Placements: Placements are average in our college. About 60% of students got placed in various companies which visit the campus every year. The average salary package offered is 5.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are L&T, MG Motors, TCS, Elecon, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Classrooms are well-equipped with smart education aids and projector rooms for video presentation and 3-D concepts. There are two hostels available in our college. The new hostel is not good and inexpensive. The hostel is not clean. It has dark rooms. The old hostel is very good but expensive.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and cooperative. Some teachers make topics difficult to understand. The course is related to the industry, and new topics are added in adequate time. Semester exams are difficult to pass.

Placements: In our course, many students are placed with a salary package of 5 LPA to 7 LPA. The highest salary package offered by Amazon is 49 LPA. Many companies, like L&T, Patel Brothers Pvt. Ltd., Elecon Group, etc., offer placements.
Infrastructure: We have free Wi-Fi, good classrooms, a drawing room, laboratories, and medical facilities. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is average. The infrastructure of rooms is great. Rooms are air-conditioned. The hostel fee is not high.
Faculty: Our faculty members are experienced and have graduated from top foreign institutes. They have more than 25 years of teaching experience. Exams are average. Faculty members are always available for students.
