Admission to most of the courses is entrance-based. The institute accepts KCET, COMEDK, Diploma CET for BE admission. A pass in BE/ BTech with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) is required to apply for MTech course. Candidates who have studied and passed one of the subjects specified in the first proviso in the pre-university course with 50% marks in that subject, shall also be eligible. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.
