Calcutta Institute of Technology is a very good college for engineering.
Placements: Hi, my name is Ghulam Ale Hasan. I took admission at this college in 2024, and my course will be completed in 2027. I am taking admission here in Electronics and Communication. Last year, almost 90% of students in my department got good placements. The minimum, maximum, and average package in my course is 4–8 LPA. Almost all students in my course get internships. The top roles offered in my course are Senior Engineer or Supervisor.
Infrastructure: This college has very good facilities and infrastructure in its classrooms. Classrooms and labs are air-conditioned. There is a huge library here too. The quality of food in the canteen is very good. Medical facilities are also provided in this college. Sports and games are also played after the semester exams.
Faculty: Teachers in this college are very helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. Their teaching quality is outstanding. This course makes you industry-ready. Semester exams are not very tough in this college. The pass percentage in this college is 45%.
Other: I chose this course because I like field work. There are events at this college, including fests, New Year celebrations, and many other events. Scholarships are also offered here.
