D Y Patil College is very good for those who want placement.
Placements: In our college, placement started from the 3rd year, and it's good for students because they are learning how to give interviews. Most companies that visited were IT sector-related. The average package is 5.5 lac. In our department, we have 80% placement and a good package of around 7.5 lac.
Infrastructure: Every department has a special building, and there is a garden with some space for students. There are too many labs for every department, and our library is in a different building. Most students live in the hostel, which has a building and a mess. There is no ground for our college.
Faculty: The college faculty is very good, and teachers are very skillful and have a Ph.D. in their respective subjects. If any student gets stuck in a subject, they will help their students. Every teacher is very kind, and the staff is also engaging with their students. Semester exams are held every 6 months and are not very difficult, but I would say they are average.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I want to learn about robotics. I think there is no need to improve.

Absolutely satisfied from this college.
Placements: For me, it was a great placement experience. I got placed in Elcom International, but the overall placement rate is 30-40%. The highest package is 4 LPA and the lowest is 1.7 LPA. I also received internship offers from JCB and Bosch for the role of quality and maintenance engineer with a stipend of 10-12k/M. The top role offered is Quality Assurance.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, with free internet available in the library. Hostel rooms are spacious with various facilities, and the quality of mess food is good. In January every year, sports competitions, robotics clubs, photography clubs, and adventure clubs organize events.
Faculty: I would like to mention that our department's Head of Department (HOD) is very supportive, and all teachers are Master's/PhD qualified. The college provides language courses in Japanese, French, and German. The curriculum for the course is from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. The difficulty level of semester exams is medium.
Other: The reason behind choosing this course is my interest in the mechanical field.

Placements: 80 percent of students were placed in our course.
The highest package is up to INR 9 lacs, and INR 4.5 lacs is the average package. DXC Technology and Mahindra & Mahindra are the best recruiting companies. More than 60 percent is required for such reputed companies. On average, 50 to 60 percent of students are placed every year.
Infrastructure: All students have free and 24-hour Wi-Fi facilities in the college. All practical labs are good for practicals. The college has a large and excellent library, and all study books are available here.
The classrooms in the college are large and air-conditioned. The atmosphere here is nice.
Faculty: The teachers in the college are very experienced; they teach very well and are supportive. College students are taken on industrial visits every semester, so they get a lot of industry experience. Semester exams are quite difficult, and a minimum of 40 marks is required to pass.
Other: Best campus life, good experience, institute conducts all sports events, cultural events, and various technical events.

Really good infrastructure and facilites.
Placements: Around 60% of students get placed every year in the mechanical branch of our college; it varies every year by year. The highest package is INR 6 lpa, the lowest is INR 3.5 lpa, and the average is INR 4.5 lpa.
J and K Limited, DXC, TCS, Wipro, Wheels India, Joshi Jampala, Reliance, etc. are the top recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: Well-equipped classrooms with projector-based learning are there. Classrooms are neat and clean environments in college. A Wi-Fi facility is available in the college 24/7. A well-equipped library with thousands of books to study. Classrooms with 200 students' capacity are also available. The digital library is also there to study online. There is no hostel at our college.
Faculty: Highly qualified staff members with a Ph.D. degree are there who are very supportive and knowledgeable. Projector-based learning methods are followed by practical-oriented teaching. No, it requires additional skills to acquire industry skills; we have to go for internships, courses, etc. Semester exams are easy; it depends on how students study. Around 40% is the passing percentage.
Other: Our campus is very good. So many events, trips, treks, and social activities are organised by our college. We have a BSSC community for social activity; events like Infinity (a national-level event) were recently organised. A focus on extracurricular activities is offered here.

Our college has good infrastructure, good faculty members, and good placements.
Placements: About 60%-70% of students are placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 60 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra. Around 65% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. It has the best environment for students. The good thing is that Wi-Fi is available. About 13 Wi-Fi routers are available. Labs are well organised and clean. Classrooms are also good. They clean classrooms daily. It has a library. Hostel facilities are not available. The food quality is good. Medical facilities are also good. Sports and games are encouraged.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They have 14 years of teaching experience, so their teaching qualities are good. Our college also develops students for the industry. Semester exams are moderate.
Other: I like machines, so I chose this course. The best thing about our college is the quality of education. More advanced tools should be installed in our college for ease of use. They help to gain additional knowledge of machines. Our college conducted events, fests, and other activities. Our college also provides scholarships for students.

Our college provided good placements, infrastructure, and facilities in 2020.
Placements: In our college, almost all students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, etc., visit our campus. Internships are provided in their second year.
Infrastructure: Our college has good facilities and infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Labs are available for practical purposes. Many books are available in the library. Canteen and medical facilities are offered.
Faculty: Our college has excellent teachers. The teaching quality is excellent. Semester exams are good. The pass percentage is average.

Our college has the best placement record in 2022.
Placements: It is an autonomous college. In 2021, 98% of mechanical students were placed in various companies like Tata, Reliance, and others. Top recruiters are companies like Mahindra, Tata, Reliance, etc. The college gives special training for all courses.
Infrastructure: For the mechanical department, there are separate labs, classrooms, event halls, and free Wi-Fi. There are no hostel facilities, but there are many private hostels and canteens near the college campus.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and experienced. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. Teachers give all study materials, like important notes, PPTs, etc. Exams are hard, and the passing percentage is 40%. The college conducts two ISE exams, an MSE exam, and an ESE exam for 10, 30, and 50 marks, respectively.
Other: I chose this college because of its location, experienced teaching staff, autonomous status, placement records, etc. The college organises special events like 3D printing boot camps every week.

Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed this year in our course. The highest salary package offered is 60 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Adobe, etc. Top roles offered are general manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has around five departments like civil, mechanical, computer science, etc. Wi-Fi is available with a speed of 400 Mbps. Our college has a centralised computer facilitation center. There is a strong power backup innovation lab and 3d printers. The mechanical department is good compared to others as they are involved in everything.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They are always ready to help students. Their teaching is good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students learn and attend lectures and practicals. They conduct internal exams for 50 marks. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I opted for this course because I am more interested in marine life and curious to know about heavy and huge engines. Events are held in our college.
