Admission to all the Delhi College of Arts and Commerce courses is entrance-based. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom. The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 academic year. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12. The College of Art, Delhi, under the Faculty of Music and Fine Art of the University of Delhi offers UG and PG courses to students in the field of Fine Art. The Delhi College of Art is associated with the University of Delhi.

The courses offered by the college of Arts Delhi are:-

1. MFA with total tuition fees of 6.2k and eligibility:- graduation-50%
2. BFA with total tuition fees of 4.2k to 38.3k and eligibility:- 10+2- 50% 

For each month the College awards Merit and Merit-cum-Means Scholarships of Rs. 75 which is up to 5% and 10% respectively of the total number of student as per rules. This is however, subject to the sanction by the Government.
The Inlaks Shivdasani scholarship is given to students to pursue a master's or doctoral degree in the field of Fine Arts and Visual Arts.
