The campus life we have in Jamia is extraordinary and I love to spend time in my campus.
Placements: There are no placements for my course. I don't know exactly about these placements. You should refer more from others. The main thing about my course is the opportunity to choose UPSC more confidently because we've got familiar with the contents. 95% of students in my class are UPSC aspirants.
Infrastructure: The facilities are really good. The hostel facilities are average but I'm comfortable in my hostel life and food. The hostel food is good for me; we get non-veg 5 days and vegetarian 2 days. Sports is not so active. We have sports stadiums in Jamia Millia Islamia. But the students are not utilizing it effectively. And there are fewer sports programs.
Faculty: Faculty is average. The professors are good because the classes are really interactive. The course curriculum is relevant, but it needs to be modified, I think . Semester exams are not that difficult; we can easily pass if we study well the syllabus. The teachers are helpful and qualified.
Other: I chose this course because the syllabus and subjects of this course are almost the same as the UPSC syllabus.
I wish they should give a department for this course because we don't have a department, we lack many programs, and there is no unity among the students.
Events are always well organized.

Placements: Mainly in my course, people are preparing for competitive exams like IAS and civil services, and many other exams. Mainly, 4 to 5 students cleared the exams in their appearance or preparation. Jamia provides a proper environment, classrooms, and faculties to students.
Infrastructure: Libraries and reading halls are available everywhere in the campus and hostels for your studies. Even the hostel rooms and campus are good if you want to study. The campus is green and well-maintained. Sanitation is properly maintained. Every facility was provided in the campus at efficient fees.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable to teach us.
And the semester exams are competitive to check the knowledge of students, and this course provides students with a variety of subjects; you can study anything you want according to your interest and improve your knowledge.
Other: I chose this course because I am from the sports quota, so it's easy to manage with your sport, and as well as it's beneficial for study also.

Jamia Millia Islamia: A Complete Overview.
Placements: There is no placement in this course. This course is all about to be prepared for civil service exams. It's all about good grades and not placement. A negligible amount of students get placement in this course so can't say anything about recruiting companies and the things related to it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too classy. Everything looks so good and beautiful. Perfectly designed. The hostel is also good and they have top-class food. The hostel looks beautiful from the outside and has a park also. Classroom, Library and Labs are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are totally helpful and very much educated and knowledgeable. They're able to solve every doubt of students. The course curriculum is relevant because civil services are the biggest aspiration nowadays and this course is very helpful. Semester exams are of moderate level.
Other: There are a lot of rumours spread about this University that it's not good for Hindus but believe me there was nothing like that in this university.

Absolutely satisfied with the college due to its student friendly peaceful environment.
Placements: The B.A. programme in Jamia Milia Islamia is a multi-dimensional course offering a combination of subjects like (Geography, Sociology, History, Public administration etc. There are no placements in this course, this course is actually designed for UPSC and academic career.
Infrastructure: The course is well-equipped with one of the most famous libraries of India (Zakir Hussain Library). Classes, Wi-Fi, canteen are good. Hostels are very well-equipped but have very less vacancies for students. Sports complex is very well-equipped with everything.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. The course circullum is completely oriented towards UPSC and other state and national competitive exams. Semester exams are not very tough and pass percentage is near to 80%. Exams are very well organised.
Other: I chose B.A. programme just to prepare myself for UPSC. RCA of Jamia is one of the best in India. Improvements can be done in hostel facilities.

This college is known for its beauty and quality of education.
Placements: Placements are very high in this university as it is a well-known university in our country and worldwide. Recently it get NAAC+, which would take this university to new heights. There are many placements in many reputed companies like Zomato, Wipro, Mantra, etc.
Infrastructure: Jamia is famous for its infrastructure be it the campus or the hostels. It has Wi-Fi facilities, laboratory facilities, and classrooms are connected with smart boards. Food in the mess is also very good and there is a variety of food available. There is a separate games complex for sports where every sports facility is available with high technology. It also has its hospitals and students can have free treatments. Doctors are also very qualified in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are kind and helpful. They are having excellent knowledge. They help students to their utmost limit. The course curriculum is according to the recent policies which is very much relevant to this scenario. For semester exams depend on how much teachers have taught and what students have studied. The pass percentage is 33%, and it is easy to score well.

Jamia Millia Islamia offers seat reservations in almost all the courses based on the category of the students. Candidates seeking admission under the reserved category can apply for reservation under one category only and are required to fulfil the prescribed eligibility conditions of the course. More details regarding JMI reservation criteria are enlisted below:
- 30% of the total number of seats in each course are reserved for Muslim applicants. 10% of the total number of seats in each course are reserved for women applicants
who are Muslims and 10% of the total number of seats in each course shall be earmarked for (OBCs) and ST students who are Muslims. - 5% of seats in all the courses are reserved for physically challenged students.
- 5% of seats in all courses must be filled by internal students of Jamia who have passed their qualifying exam from Jamia schools as regular students.
