Absolutely satisfied with college experience.
Placements: From EXTC average package is 10 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. Top company is L&T. L&T has internship paid programs upto Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000. 90% of students got internships. Overall college placement percentage is above 90%. Top roles as in class representative, tech representative, and sports representative are the roles that are offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is there and allowed mostly in libraries but sometimes they allow us to use canteen and lab Wi-Fi. Classrooms are spacious. Food is really good. Canteens are also renovated now. I don't know about mess and hostel though. Medical facilities are there. There is a first aid room.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. I personally got attention because I was failing. Semester exams are moderate for EXTC it is a little bit tough though. I am not comparing. But teachers are really very helpful. Passing percentage for EXTC is 75%.
Other: Cultural and tech events are two most the biggest events in our college. Crowd is crazy for that but it also respects the event, and all come together and enjoy it.

Good placements and supportive staff.
Placements: The intake for this branch is 60. Placement is very good for all branches. They have a very supportive and understanding staff. More opportunities exist to develop our hobbies. Seniors help a lot. We can study while having fun. Many events are happening. The Colosseum is the biggest teaching event.
Infrastructure: The college does not have its own hostel. But the infrastructure of the college building is beautiful. Labs are full of amenities. PGs are available around the college. The college is walking distance from Vidyavihar station. A canteen is also available in college.
Faculty: The best faculty members are there, and they always support students. The college is under Mumbai University. Best campus and good placement for computer science and IT. More than 300 companies are coming for placements. 100% placement is provided. Fresh vegetables on campus are provided. There is a safe environment with a ragging-free campus.

Review of Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
Placements: Already big companies like Infosys, Jio, topper, Airtel, and other companies like Tata, Mahindra, etc., are partners of DBIT college which is nice. Placement is based on the CGPA of the students, so if you get a good CGPA then placement will be nice.
Infrastructure: The overall experience of college is nice. The crowd here is very active in all activities. A lot of competitions and groups are there to carry out several activities throughout the year. The infrastructure of the college is the best. No doubt Don Bosco Institution of Technology is the best place.
Faculty: The college has good management with the schedule as per the given curriculum and most of the clubs are student-driven. It follows the Mumbai university curriculum. The college is affiliated with it and the curriculum is standard for the college. The college faculty is a mix of highly qualified & experienced teachers.

Review of Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
Placements: About 60-65% of students got placed in our course. Around 8 LPA was the highest package, around 2 LPA was the lowest package, and the average package was 3.5 LPA in our course. TCS, L&T, BYJU's, etc., were some of the top recruiting companies. About 20-25% of students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: Labs and library are all good. Wi-Fi doesn't have enough range in some places on campus. All the subject labs have enough equipment to practice. The quality of food available in the canteen is good. There were lots of sports and games every semester.
Faculty: All the subject teachers were very helpful and well qualified and knowledgeable. All the teachers make a lot of effort to teach well with peer learning sessions as well. The EXTC course makes students ready for many networking jobs. The passing percentage in every exam is 40%.
Other: The college provides good PDF notes, and students can access it with their respective Moodle ID. Sports activities are well organized.

Join at your own risk. Sports is good. Nothing else.
Placements: Very poor placements. Hardly any companies come. For IT and computer Science a mass recruiter will still end up coming and taking non core students. But other stream people have to suffer for placements. College makes no efforts to build industrial relations.
Infrastructure: Fair Infrastructure. They have tried to make a few changes now. But overall classrooms are still very old school. Labs are not air conditioned and not equipped with working computers and the latest equipments. Some of the labs are very small and dingy. Nice playground.
Faculty: Faculty is not good. They are very bias towards particular class of students at times. Subject knowledge is average. Their mode of teaching is mostly paper and pen and lectures are very boring. No value addition happens. No proper delivery of lectures.

The maze ( Think twice before choosing your college and the correct branch.
Placements: The placements in DBIt are quit average. Multinationals like TCS. LTI offer an average package around 3-3.25. For department of Mechanical and Computers few dream companies like Jacobs, NVDEA turnid up. The students who got placed in any of the companies are not allowed to opt for any other interviews.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of the campus is good. Library, canteen, playground is quite good. The main facility in engineering college is different laboratories they have. For mechanical the laboratories are quite good as compared to other different brabches. Overall you can rate 7/10.
Faculty: The faculty was good except few. The notes and reading and study material provided was really helpful. AFew of the faculty is really taking efforts for the students benefit. Rest is average. The college has a main issue of attendance. Though you are working for the college say participating in inter-college competitions paper presentations etc. College does't support you for the attendance.
Other: Connectivity was good Easy access for all the transport options - bus / train/ auto/metro Fests were average, I have heard that its standard has been raised over few years.
