B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering - Batch of 2027
4.8
The college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Above 80% of the students are placed, the average package is 8 LPA, and top recruiting companies include Godrej, TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini. In the third year, many students are qualified enough to grab an internship from core industries, and the college helps in getting it.
Infrastructure: The college has excellent infrastructure, well-maintained labs with the latest equipment. Classrooms are well-equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available in every lab. The library is very huge with over 40000 books overall for all the branches. The canteen provides good and healthy food. Cricket, badminton, kabaddi, etc., are sports played by many students here.
Faculty: Experienced faculty members have very in-depth knowledge in their respective domains. They are very supportive. The course curriculum is updated, and all the concepts are taught thoroughly so that the basics of the subject are cleared for all students. Semester exams are moderate.
Other: There are events conducted very frequently.

Satisfied by the routine.
Placements: I am not aware of the percentage, though major companies might be Capgemini, Contentstack, etc. Many students apply for an internship guided by our faculty members, who take care of the students. Different rounds were taken up at the beginning of the last semester.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is student-friendly, takes care of extra-curricular activities. Canteen has a good amount of space. College has Wi-Fi in every lab on every laptop. College has a ground for sports and a gymkhana for indoor games like carrom and tennis. Good atmosphere.
Faculty: Teachers of my department, as far as my information goes, have great knowledge, share it with us even outside our courses, making us ready for practical applications. Semester exams are moderate, based on the points in the syllabus. Also, it makes learning interesting.

Supportive campus, skilled faculty, strong IT placements, but EXTC needs more core opportunities.
Placements: Around 60-70% of students got placed before final exams. The highest package ranged from 10 to 14 LPA, with an average of 4 to 6 LPA. The lowest package was around 2.4 LPA. Top recruiters included companies like IBM, L&T, and TCS. Common roles offered were Support Engineer, QA Tester, Technical Support, and Product Engineer. These roles covered both development and support domains. Placement trends showed consistent growth, especially for students with strong technical and communication skills. They are offering a good start to their professional careers in reputed organizations.
Infrastructure: The campus offered facilities like Wi-Fi connectivity across academic areas, a well-equipped Siemens and Texas Instruments lab. It provides access to the e-Yantra course for hands-on robotics learning. Students benefited from a resourceful library, a hygienic canteen, and active sports infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty included well-qualified and experienced teachers who were not only knowledgeable in their respective subjects but also dedicated to helping students grow academically and professionally. They were approachable, supportive, and always ready to clear doubts. They provide extra guidance and encourage participation in projects, seminars, and competitions. Their teaching methods focused on conceptual clarity and real-world application. They are creating a positive and engaging learning environment with their constant support and mentorship. Students were well-prepared for both exams and industry demands, making the academic experience smooth and enriching throughout the engineering journey.

Great and well-balanced college: Career-supportive with decent industry exposure.
Placements: 65% of students got placed from my course during my EXTC B.E degree when I passed out in 2023. The highest package was 10 LPA while the lowest was 2 LPA. The average package was 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course were TCS, Infosys, Zeus Learning, Feedspot, Bristlecone, and LTI Mindtree. 30% of students were offered core placements, while the other was in the IT sector & others. The most offered roles to us were system engineer and graduate engineer trainee.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good. The labs had the necessary equipment required for practicals with good networking and computer arrangements. Each classroom had projectors and now ACs were added as well. There were 2 functional lifts. The campus was well-maintained. Medical facilities and first aid were available as well. Gym and other games were available as well including a sports festival every year. The quality of food in canteen was decent.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and qualified, quality of teaching was great. They were always ready to solve the doubts of students and ready to take on new things. The practical explanations were good as well. The curriculum was nice but could be better with more new subjects and technologies. It does made students industry-ready with hands-on seminars, extra sessions, internships, industry expert sessions, industry visits, and extra projects. The college also arranged paper publication and project demo contests named VNPS and Oscillations. The pass percentage was around 85%. Exams were difficult depending on preparations, not too hard nor easy. Faculty members are cheerful.
Other: I chose this course because EXTC was a versatile field that allowed me to get into core as well as IT Sector. The best thing for me was the support provided by the faculty whenever needed. It was strict enough and not too clean which molded us and shaped our entry into our career path. I think I would like to improve the exposure of coding and other tools to the students that way they can get their hands on into from the start. The college fest Zeal and sports festival Avaahan was one of the best numbers, no doubt about that.

I'll recommend for education but not for placement.
Placements: Only 20%-25% of students got placed from my batch out of which the highest package offered is 4.5 LPA and the lowest is approximately 2.5 LPA-3 LPA. Also one of the things which I didn't like is about the sales roles approaching for an engineering college.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-structured and facilitated. The labs initially had faculty equipment but when informed were changed to new systems with the latest model. The library is also well-organized and has plenty of necessary books including the ones hard to find.
Faculty: Faculty is well-experienced and shares an ample amount of knowledge with the students and guides them not just in course completion but also in projects and careers. The course does have some optional subjects that divert the relevant curriculum but however, it's own student choices for its selection.
Other: The camps have a huge crowd crisis as of now due to space scarcity. However, the management is working on it. The scholarship system is very good and financial aid is also provided for some remarkable projects.

Considerably college for engineering in Vasai-virar if you don't want to waste time traveling.
Placements: Up to now, only 8 students out of 60 have been placed with the highest package being 4.5 LPA, and 3.2 LPA was the lowest and average package offered. Top recruiters were TCS and Bristlecone. 5 students got internships in companies like Axisol and Brandworks. Top roles offered were software development.
Infrastructure: The college has good-quality Wi-Fi and well-maintained labs. PCs are installed with the latest software and all the required equipment for lab experiments is provided. Each classroom is equipped with a projector, fans, and 3 ACs. The library is on 3 floors with many books available. A reading room facility is also available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful with the syllabus. Everyone is qualified with a master's degree while some have having Ph.D. The course curriculum is worse it's not at all related to the latest trends or emerging technology. No signs of making students industry-ready with that curriculum. Exams are moderately difficult with 95% of people passing.

College has good faculty and management.
Placements: Our college was offering good placement opportunities to the students. Almost 40–44% of students from our batch get on-campus placements. The average package offered at our college was 3-6 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course was ACL Digital, Black Rock, Black Turtle, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college has good-quality facilities. The college has a well-developed management system for offering good-quality facilities to students. Wi-Fi, labs, libraries, canteens, hostels, etc. facilities were available at our college. The hostel facilities were available at our college.
Faculty: The faculty of this college was helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of this college was also good. This course's curriculum was relevant. Professors at our college were highly experienced in the field of teaching. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams were easy and difficult.

Our college faculty is not that good.
Placements: The lowest salary package is 1.5 to 2 LPA and the highest salary package is 22 LPA. We have to do a free internship till the final year for knowledge. Around 30 to 35% of students get placed. Companies like Coca-Cola will offer a good salary package.Civil and mechanical engineering has no placements.
Infrastructure: College provides no hostel. Wi-Fi service is bad. They don't give Wi-Fi access to the student. Quality of the canteen is very bad. Canteen is temporarily closed. There is no big playground for sports and no importance for sports.
Faculty: Semester exams are very difficult. Pass marks are 32 out of 80 marks and 24 for 60 marks. Teaching quality is very bad.
