Average placements and good college experience.
Placements: College placement record is notable, with top salary packages reaching 18 LPA, and lowest package starting at 2.5 LPA - 3 LPA. Companies like TCS and Wipro are regular recruiters. But there's potential for growth in attracting a broader range of employers. Economic trends significantly influence placement outcomes.
Infrastructure: College is undergoing renovation to enhance its facilities. The hostel is available for Rs 98,000 annually. It offers clean and secure living conditions. However, the food quality and strict 8:00 PM curfew for female students are areas that could be improved.
Faculty: Academic experience is varied, with some faculty members delivering engaging lectures while others may be less inspiring. Classroom teaching covers around 60-70% of the syllabus, with students expected to take ownership of the remaining content through self-study and group projects. Self-motivation and discipline are key to academic success.

It is a decent college for a degree.
Placements: Placement scenario is decent, with salary packages ranging from 18 LPA (the highest) to 2.5-3 LPA (the lowest). Regular recruiters like TCS and Wipro are a plus. However, there's scope for improvement in terms of attracting more companies and better opportunities. Economic stability plays a significant role in placement prospects, so fingers crossed.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is a work in progress, with ongoing renovation aimed at enhancing facilities. The hostel, priced at Rs 90,000 per year, offers decent accommodation with clean rooms and robust safety measures. However, the food quality is mediocre, and the strict curfew, especially for female students (8:00 PM), might feel restrictive.
Faculty: Academic experience is a mixed bag, with faculty members comprising both enthusiastic and different instructors. Syllabus coverage is moderate, with around 60-70% of the material being taught in class. However, students are expected to take significant initiative, completing the remaining syllabus on their own and participating in group presentations. Self-motivation and discipline are essential to succeed here.

Absolutely dissatisfied because for the infrastructure and the facilities,
Placements: This year, only 10-15% of students in our computer science and engineering branch were placed. The average package offered was 3-4 lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies that visited this year were Infosys, Tata Consultancy, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Accenture.
Infrastructure: The college has decent classrooms and laboratories, but the Wi-Fi is very slow. The projectors in most of the classrooms don't work, and the college is quite old, so the infrastructure is outdated. The hostel infrastructure is also quite old, and the food in the mess is average. Additionally, the college doesn't have many sports or games facilities.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are good. Some of them were very knowledgeable and had great teaching skills. They were very helpful when I had questions about projects or other related issues. The college is autonomous, and the semester exams were at a moderate level. The passing percentage is about 70%. When it comes to placement, they provide placement training and classes that are taken.
Other: I didn't like the campus because it is very old and there is no canteen. However, the computer science department has pretty good faculty, and the fests are decent.

The college is bouncing back.
Placements: Campus placements offer competitive packages, ranging from 10 LPA for top packages to 2.5-3 LPA for entry-level positions. Top companies such as TCS and Infosys frequently recruit from the college. However, diversifying the recruiter pool and improving job prospects would enhance placement outcomes. Economic conditions play a crucial role in determining the placement success.
Infrastructure: The college is investing in its infrastructure, with several construction and renovation projects underway. The Rs. 90,00 per-year hostel provides students with clean, secure accommodation. Nevertheless, the quality of food and the strict curfew for female students are areas that need attention.
Faculty: The academic experience is diverse, with faculty members bringing different levels of passion to their teaching. While classroom instruction covers a significant portion of the syllabus (around 60-70%), students are expected to supplement their learning through independent study and group work. A proactive and disciplined approach is essential for academic success.

Totally, I want to say that Dr. AIT college is not good. The college building is very old.
Placements: The placement in Doctor Ambedkar Institute of Technology is not good, but it is average. The average package for this college is 4-5 lakhs, and the highest package is 30 lakhs, while the lowest is 2 lakhs per year, as per last year’s placement information. So, placement is average.
Infrastructure: The courses are good, but the college hostel is not good. The food provided in the hostel is not good in taste or for health, so I think it is not good compared to other college hostels in Bangalore that I have seen. The courses are quite better, but the lectures are not good.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good, but some of them are the worst. They don't even know what to teach and how to teach. Some teachers are very nice and very good. Exams in our college are taken whenever they want because it is an autonomous college, so exams are a real headache.
Other: Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology is an autonomous college. That means it is a government college, so the college fests are not too good. They conduct fests like Sanskriti Fest and Kalrava Fest, but we have to buy tickets to attend these fests. The college does not give sufficient funds to conduct fests, and the lectures do not support organizing them.
