H N National College of Engineering.

Placements: This is a new college, and I'm in the 2 year of it. Starting placements haven't been conducted yet, but the college has a partnership with many companies due to name. Namely, Infosys and stuff we get free springboard for now, the teachers have many connections through which you can get your internships.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okay, not too good, not too bad. Washrooms are bad, but their renovation is. There is a pu block, an MBA and MCA block and an engineering block. Sports are very good, there is a huge ground for that. There is a gym. The canteen is bad. Wi-Fi is trash. The library and computer lab are the best.

Faculty: Faculty is encouraging. VTU curriculum makes it hard, but it's doable. Sem exams are difficult indeed, not too bad, not too easy. We have two intermediate exams, CiE 1 and CiE2. The course is relevant. VTU has changed the curriculum and made it more industry-ready.

Candidate must have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study and obtained a minimum of mentioned marks in aggregate in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination, from a recognized Institute/ board. (40% of marksin qualifying examination is required for Cat-1, OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates)). Result awaited candidates can also apply.
