A good college where you can enjoy your college life and studies. Helpful faculty. Bad placements.

Placements: No placement in college. Its good college, but the placement here is very bad. If you get admission in this college, then your placement will depend on your capabilities and talent. There were only a few students who got placed in my senior and in my batch. But, in the core branch, no one was placed.

Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure in this college. Wi-Fi is available on the college campus, and also a hostel facility is present here. In all the classrooms, AC is available. Lab qualities are very good, but a few faculty members are not perfect in their subject like how to explain anything to the students. Also, medical facilities are available here. Sports and games are held in this college along with a better canteen than the other colleges.

Faculty: In this college, a few faculty members are perfect in their subject. Their teaching style and their explanation are very good as any student can understand it easily, but a few of them are not perfect. There is the ratio of 40:6 of the student to faculty here. Also, faculty members here have a good knowledge and are well-qualified. Also, I did not get any industrial exposure here.

Other: There event, games and sports which are held every year in the college. Also, a scholarship is available here.

An average college for the students.

Placements: Minimum 20 students have been placed placed. The lowest salary offered here is 15-20k. There is a placement cell in the college. There are some teachers who gave special training to the students for placements. They give personality development classes to the students.

Infrastructure: The whole campus is covered with high-speed Jio Wi-Fi, each classroom has ACs and there are two big fields and 2 small fields. It has an IT center which has several well maintained computer systems. The food in canteen is of average quality, not so bad. Hostel rooms are very comfortable.

Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and they all are IITians and GATE qualified. They gave us extra time to solve the questions. Faculty is there for every subject.

Other: An event called Odisha is held every year. Big celebrities come to the function.

College is good for studies but placement ratio is low. The facilities and infrastructure is okay.

Placements: Placement is not so easy for mechanical engineering in this college because no core company visit the college campus. Only marketing companies come to hire the students of all the branches So, the placement are low.

Infrastructure: The facilities are not so good. The whole campus is fully wi-fi enabled. The classrooms are not so good but the library is okay. The medical facilities in this college is not good. The college organizes sports and games every year. The food quality in canteen is very poor and hostel room is okay but not so good.

Faculty: Highly qualified faculty present in this college. They are knowledgeable and teaching quality is okay. They used old methods for teaching and not projectors and new technology. The student-faculty ratio is low in this college.

Other: College organized fest every year and it's name is Odisha. The college provides scholarship every year.

Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. Candidate with below mentioned eligibility are also eligible: Final examination of the 2-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the NDA. A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 year duration. 2024 onwards Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow will be using the score sheet of JEE (Main) for admission instead of UPCET (Earlier UPSEE).
