Faculty of Law BHU admit candidates to the three-year LLB (Hons) course on entrance-basis. Candidates are selected based on scores in CUET-PG. The first step of admission procedure is to check eligibility criteria. Candidates with a valid UG degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate can apply. Aspirants can visit the CUET-PG official website to apply. A cutoff list is then released, candidates who meet the cutoff mark become eligible for counselling. The seats are allotted in the counselling round. Selected candidates can pay the admission fee amount for selection.

Faculty of Law BHU LLB (Hons) course admission is done on the basis of merit in CUET-PG. There is no other provision for admission as per the data curated from the web. CUET PG application form 2026 has been released on December 14, 2025 to provide admissions to postgraduate degree programs like MA, MSc, MCom, MTech, MFA, and other professional degrees like MBA, BEd, LLB, and LLM courses. The last date is January 14, 2026.

 Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Under no circumstances, candidates will be allowed to fill more than one Application Form. Strict action will be taken, even at a later stage, against such candidates who have filled more than one Application Form
