Fergusson, Prestigious college in Pune.
Placements: Our college is one of the prestigious colleges in Pune. Placements for the 2023 batch were at 75%. Tata Chemical, Johnson's, and Sanwaria hired more than 20 students from our class. Packages depend on the interview. Internships are provided by the college, but the numbers are relatively low, with most companies offering a stipend of 10,000 to 15,000.
Infrastructure: The college is located in a key area of Pune, with FC Road outside the campus providing access to all essential items. Wi-Fi is available on campus, but sometimes its speed is very low. We have a big library where all kinds of books are available. Our college has its own hostel with facilities like TV, AC, and a playground. On campus, we have 2 canteens.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful; they are highly qualified, but mostly they use PowerPoint presentations for teaching. The course curriculum is designed by our college itself; our college has been granted autonomous status from SPPU University, which makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult to pass; we have to pass internal, end-semester, and practical exams.
