There are no chances of any student to fail in internal but even if a student fails then internals will be re conducted. Every student should put in 75% attendance. Otherwise, the student will not be allowed to appear for the University examination of that semester. The students will have to repeat the term unless the university authorities condone the shortage of attendance.

Each year, over 80% of students are placed in different degree programs, such as BTech, MTech, MCA, etc. This displays a decent percentage of placements.
Prominent organizations that visit for on-campus placements include Microsoft, Capgemini, Infosys, Oracle, Bosch, Dell, BHEL, and many more. Participating companies include around 250 well-known national and international ones.

The total intake for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is 120 seats.

The total intake for Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is sixty seats.

The total intake for Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) is sixty seats.

Federal Institute of Science and Technology offers a large diversity of courses to students in Management field. FISAT admissions are held on the basis of entrance tests. Students seeking course admissions must clear their previous qualifying examination and appear for any of the prescribed entrance exams such as KMAT Kerala, CAT, CMAT, among others. Yes, entrance-based admissions are the main criteria for B.Tech programs, as passing JEE Main or comparable national/state exams is required. Merit and admissions chances are determined by rank on these tests.
Prior to being admitted, students must take and pass national engineering admission exams such as JEE Main. The institute determines the qualifying cut-off scores. Therefore, passing the eligibility test for admission is crucial.
After that, admissions are determined by the entrance exam results' All India ranking. Only the students' JEE Main merit rankings are used to fill seats.
