Bareilly FIET college review.
Placements: Placement was not satisfactory. Mostly companies were fake. I don't know the placement status now. But no major companies come to campus. Please try to search jobs from yourself when you come in final year. Hardly few students get placed in MNC.
Infrastructure: One major building. Another management buildings on main road. Hostel is also available. Parking is there. One mini stadium is there
Basketball coach is also here
Computer lab is in 1st floor. Newly constructed college hence I can say the infrastructure is good. CCTV cameras. Projectors are there in classroom.
Faculty: Nice faculty. Mostly are m tech. They provide: M.Tech, b tech. MBA BBA BCA. Average cost of any course would be 5 to 6 Lac. Courses are affiliated from UPTU. There are several department headed by Holds. Approximately. 10-12 faculty in each dept. They are fully qualified.
Other: 28 miles from main city. Heart beat is annual fest. There is also annual Olympics games called future Olympics.

Satisfied in all terms of faculty, academics, sports, placements, infrastructure etc.
Placements: Placements for our batch were not as good as compared to our senior batch. The highest salary offered was 5.4 lakh PA and lowest salary was 1.60 lakhs PA. So on an average, 2 lakhs PA salary was offered to most of the students as well as to the senior batch. Many of the companies have visited our campus such as Cognizant, Techly Solutions, Codefire Technologies etc. An off-campus drive of TCS was also held on our campus. Various type of roles were offered to students such as Software Developer, Database Developer, Voice Process Executive etc.
Infrastructure: In terms of the infrastructure, the campus has all the facilities available for their students. The labs of our campus are very well maintained, the classrooms are well-equipped with ACs. The library has all type books of academics as well as other knowledge-related books too, Annually, a sports event was also held including various indoor as well as outdoor games. The quality of food available in the canteen was of variable nature because it totally depends on the vendor providing the food in the canteen and those vendors are changed yearly. Hostel rooms are fine in the campus. I did not face any type of infrastructure-related issues during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members were qualified and knowledgeable but if talking about my experience, only some of them are really helpful in all aspects. Proper teaching methods are used including presentations, labs, practicals etc. The ratio of student to faculty is 20:1 approximately. Twice in our college tenure, we have been taken to an industrial tour. The course curriculum was useful.
Other: Our college is arranging the 1st convocation in 2017 for the very first time for all the pass out students of FIET Bareilly. It is a great honour that we all are invited and we are very excited for going to the event. It is going to be held for the first time and we are very lucky and the first 2016 batch to attend the event.

Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
Candidates must have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025.
There is no age limit for the candidates.

Final examination of the 2-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the NDA.
SSC Examination conducted by the NIOS with a minimum of 5 subjects.
A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 year duration.
2024 onwards Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow will be using the score sheet of JEE (Main) for admission instead of UPCET (Earlier UPSEE).
