Gargi college is a lively place .

Placements: There are no direct placements placed in my college after the degree. But students have opportunities for internships, which usually are for a period of 6 months with a stipend of 5,000 per month. There are various companies like Pehchan street school, XPERTIFY, etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are not so good, like the classrooms and desks are old and we don't have access to Wi-Fi. The library is really good, having books from almost all the departments possible; children can easily access the library and get books. There is no hostel in Gargi College, but children can live near it in PGs or by renting a flat.

Faculty: The teachers at Gargi College are really amazing. They are so knowledgeable and are always willing to help the students. They teach in English as well as Hindi, and the teaching quality is good. They are not syllabus-centric but also discuss day-to-day issues as well. The course curriculum is relevant as it helps the student get exposure to the real world. The difficulty of the semester exam is not that high; it's just that the papers are lengthy and time is less, so children need to work on their speed as well as content.

Other: I chose the B.A. program because it would help me further as I want to appear for UPSC. The best thing about my course is the debates that we children do in our class with our professors. We even have our annual fest, REVERIE, conducted in the month of February, and the environment at that time is so lovely.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: I have seen many groups for placements, and around 30% of students are placed.

Infrastructure: In this college, the infrastructure is good. Students will love the atmosphere of this college. It is a red brick building which seems very eye appealing. Also, students will feel positive vibes once they step into the campus. The canteen is good, and the washrooms are fine.

Faculty: Faculty members are brilliant in this college, and everything is upto the mark. Examinations are well taken with 2 teachers in a single room, and everything is well maintained. I love this college life, because of Gargi. The course curriculum is relevant.

Other: Our college is value for money i.e around Rs 50,000 - Rs 60,000, and students get the degree of any graduation course.

It provides average placements, fine infrastructure, and highly qualified teachers.

Placements: Placements are good enough but not up to the mark like all other DU colleges. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the highest salary pacakge offered is 16LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA, if they have a very good internships record. Mainly, these offers are for sales and marketing, operations, and business development. The top recruiting companies are Byjus, etc. Although it is good in offering internships. This is because the placements cell is active, and almost 10 opportunities on an average are flooded every day but students rarely get to see any paid internships or one in 10.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not up to the mark because classes are small to accommodate. Wi-Fi is not available, but air-conditioner is available. Some classrooms in the science block are in good condition, and the renovation of the whole college is still going on. There is no hostel facility and students live in PGs nearby.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. The teaching quality is good but again it depends upon teachers and students as well. The course curriculum is humanities oriented so, I opted and want to prepare for competitive exams in the future for UPSC or banking. Others want to pursue MBA, M.A., or study abroad. Semester exams are easy and preparation of 10 days or so can make students pass through the exam.

Roller coaster ride with iced tea.

Placements: Our college offers a lot of placement opportunities. As I am from a fielthatch doesn't have such placement thing but then to there are a lot of opportunities that we are offered by our college and this is the amazing thing. As far as I know, our college has provided more than 60% of placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college if I talk about is okay. There is no Wi-Fi connection as well as least network zone which is one of the main demerits of the college which need to be improved. Food in the canteen is okay to have. There is a big playground which gives a lot of opportunities in the field of games. Usually, fans don't work well. The table and chairs are not in a good condition.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is nice. Most of the professors are Ph.D. holders or highly qualified. They are really helpful. My course doesn't have mich field work but still, I feel that college should take economic students for practical experiences as well which they didn't yet.

Our college offers an amazing, everlasting, and memorable experience.

Placements: Our college has conducted its placement drive for the batch passing out in 2021. As per the latest report, over 195 recruiters participated and made over 140 placement offers to the students. The highest and average salary packages offered during the 2021 placement drive were 19.25 LPA and 4.38 LPA, respectively. The top recruiters in our college for placement drives in 2021 include DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Wipro, KPMG, PWC, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has provided a Wi-Fi facility, well-maintained classrooms, a two-floored library, medical facilities, a seminar hall, and a huge enough area for sports grounds and arts squad. The food available in the canteen tastes pretty good, and there is a Nescafe cafeteria for beverages and light snacks. The library present in the college is a great place for all the book-readers.

Faculty: The faculty members in our college are amazing. Professors are highly knowledgeable and wise. They have great teaching techniques, even during online classes. If I have a doubt regarding something, then they are always available to help and solve the problem.

Other: Our college has the best crowd. It has a diverse group of students. Fest and campus life are the next best things. It gives scholarships to the top-rankers and to the students who need them.

Review of Gargi College, University of Delhi.

Placements: Around 75% of students got placed in big companies like KPMG, Wipro etc. The basic consultant package offered was 4-5 LPA. Around 84% of students get internships through the placement cell in marketing, PR, HR and other roles. Students placed found their work environment extremely helpful and productive. Consultant and business analytic jobs are famous.

Infrastructure: Gargi has no hostel facility. The infrastructure is basic, but red walls are love. The psychology department is one of the most amazing departments. Societies are amazing, indeed. Kshitij and Iris are my favorite. Economics and political science departments are indeed the best departments.

Faculty: The teachers are extremely well qualified, especially for psychology and economics. Our course is definitely curriculum relevant. Semester exams are a bit difficult, but I think the passing percentage is 55-60% in each subject. Faculty for political science and entrepreneurship are very good.
