Global Academy of Technology review.

Placements: I'm currently in my 8th semester, and not a lot of people have been placed. Even though some people are getting placed now, the overall yearly package seems pretty below average. For example, a package of 2.5-3 LPA seems pretty common, which isn't any good.

Infrastructure: The hostel is massive with decent facilities. The college is also very big with multiple buildings, is situated on a hill, and has a very nice view. A decent library and Wi-Fi are available throughout the campus pretty much. The canteen is pretty average, and the cricket ground is also massive.

Faculty: Since it is an autonomous college affiliated with Vishweshwariya Technological Institute (VTU), the internal grades are entirely in the hands of the college people, so you have to maintain good relationships with the faculty members. And the staff aren't that friendly, which is sad.

I'm very satisfied but the transportation by public means is difficult.

Placements: Out of 50, 30 were placed in 2021, and I'm hoping that the number will increase year by year. I can see the college's progress day by day, and about internships, the highest package was 15LPA, and the lowest was 6LPA. Top positions are available from companies such as Wipro, HAL, and Infosys.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is only available for laptops and systems. The canteen is fine not exceptional. The library is large and has vast collections of books, as well as an e-library, which I believe is extremely useful. Our college has a large sports field, which is great, and the physical education department is very welcoming.

Faculty: It's very difficult in the third semester, but the first and second semesters are easy because you studied all of that in previous years, so it will be easy as you enter your core engineering level, which is the second year. It will be difficult, but seniors say it will get easier as you progress. Faculty members are very friendly and will answer all of your questions.

Other: Aeronautical engineering is my passion so overall college is great.
