I am not either satisfied or dissatisfied with GHEC. It is an average college.

Placements: Total 13 students were placed from my and senior batch, which is 4%. 15k per month is the average salary they offered. 5 companies visited the campus. They hire the students respective to their branches for technical work. 3 students got an internship from the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of GHEC is very good. Well maintained Wi-Fi connectivity, labs, medical side. Labs are equipped with new equipment and classrooms are excellent. Canteen's food quality is not good. Hostel rooms are average. The ground is not good. We cannot play any kind of games in the ground except basketball and badminton.

Faculty: GHEC faculty members are not so good. They are not knowledgeable and experienced. Their teaching method is only up to copy paste on the blackboard. But some teachers are very good. Mostly, the students preferred to skip the classes. I didn't get any exposure from the college.

Other: In GHEC, only one thing is that the classes are held daily at any cost. But due to faculty members, no one wants to attend classes. Because they force the students to come to the college. Only infrastructure, labs and classrooms are good but the faculty is not so. Overall it is an average college.

I do enjoy with my college and its infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The college provides 90% Assurance to the students. Nearly most of the seniors of 2015 batch got placed. So if you are looking for a college that will provide you high placement assurance then Green hills engineering college is the right place for you. The average package offered for the CS branch is around (3-3.6) lacs p.a. Top recruiters of our college include TCS, Cognizant. Lots of internship opportunities were provided by the college itself and the placement team is highly coordinated and motivated, they will always help you regarding placements. Roles offered are for electrical fresher, civil, mechanical, computer Science.

Infrastructure: The college has a very descent infrastructure. All the basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, Labs, library are available. The college provides non-AC classrooms but they are highly equipped with projectors. I had been into the college hostel for a year so I can tell you the merits and demerits as well merit is, hostel fee is the lowest with best facilities like cooler and fan is available in every rooms.

Faculty: The teaches are qualified since Green hill engineering college is one of the best engineering college in solan Himachal Pradesh. Most of the faculty members are highly knowledgeable with industry experience as well. The college administration is very strict so yes faculty members are helpful as well.

Other: The best part about G. H. Engineering college is its campus surrounding as well as their fee structure, as a comparison to their impeccable placements record.
