Hansraj College Admission Process
The institute follows the same admission process as the University of Delhi. For admission in the undergraduate programme, a candidate is supposed to fill out a central form released by the university. After the institute put out its cut-off list, the students can match their marks obtained in the 12th grade with the cut-off. If the percentage in 12th is equal to or higher than the cut-off, the candidates are eligible for admission. A minimum of 40% aggregate is required in the 12th mark sheet for admission. The students must secure good rankings in the entrance examination to get admitted into the college.

Many renowned organisations visit the institution for placements, and the students have bagged great salary packages. As per the previous records, the minimum salary package offered was INR 2.4 LPA, the average salary package offered was about INR 3.25 LPA annually and the highest salary package went up to INR 8.2 LPA.

Hansraj College Scholarships
The college offers various need-based and merit-based scholarships. It also facilitates the students by providing fee concession to about 50% or 100%, depending upon the family background and the total family income. The scholarships come with various grants and awards. It offers two awards of INR 3000 and Rs. 5000 according to the merit-based scholarships. The scholarships are provided to the students who have a good academic record. It also considers the student's participation in co-curricular activities. The students belonging to the differently-abled category are provided with a full fee waiver. They are only supposed to contribute minimal amounts to the Student Union of the college.
