Hindu College, college of dreams.
Placements: There is a campus placement cell CMC, which is actively involved in campus recruitment. Very few students were selected for these campus recruitments. During my batch, 2012-14, none of my batch mates was selected. Companies like Deloitte, HDFC Bank and some online test centres also visited like Inspiring Minds. 0% to 15% is placement percentage of M.Com course in this college.
Infrastructure: Facilities in the college like Wi-Fi was not available at that time. Labs were well-equipped with all required instruments. The classrooms were very neat and clean. The medical facilities were good. The college has its own cricket stadium. Indoor games and lawns are also available. North campus has the best canteen. College hostel rooms were very good with cleaning facilities. Food available in the canteen includes north Indian food, Chinese food and south Indian food as well, which was very tasty and in limited budget. My favourite food was pav bhaji.
Faculty: Teaching quality was outstanding. All the teachers are well qualified and have deep knowledge of their subject. 30:1 was the student to faculty ratio at that time of my post-graduation.
Other: The college's cultural society is known famous for its fest. It is well famous across the north campus. Campus crowd is good.
