Generally admission in various courses  at  Hindu College is based on entrance exam (CUET) and merit based. Hindu college almost offers all the courses. National Testing Agency re-commenced CUET 2026 registration on February 23, 2026. Soon after the release of the CUET notification, candidates can check the important dates about CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration was February 26, 2026 (11.50 PM).

Candidates were required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process is in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

Hindu College BCom (Hons) admissions are based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Only after appearing for CUET, a candidate can apply for DU's Common Seat Allotment System (CSAS). Hence, interested canidated should take a note of the following two important dates:

2. Last date to register for CSAS (typically in May)

Based on the details mentioned in the above table, it can be concluded that both these colleges are equally good and candidates can go for any of the two options where they qualify for admission. However, there is a minute difference in between the course fee and salary that the BA/ BA (Hons) passouts get after completing this course. Candidates seeking admission to BCom (Hons) at Hindu College must have completed their Class 12 with the following subject conditions:

• Combination 1: Any one language from List A along with one among Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1 OR
• Combination 2: Any one Language from List A along with one among Accountancy/ Book Keeping + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1
