IIIT Kota Cutoff 2025: Check JEE Main Round Wise Cutoff Ranks

As per the GATE cutoff 2025, the top two most challenging M.E./M.Tech specialisations were M.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Semiconductor Technology) with last round cutoff scores of 418 and 366, respectively, for the General AI quota. IIIT Kota cut off 2025 was concluded for M.E./M.Tech admission based on GATE entrance exam score, followed by CCMN counselling. The cutoff was released as scores for different categories belonging to the AI and HS quotas. IIIT Kota GATE cutoff 2025 ranged between 366 and 418, wherein M.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science emerged as the most sought-after specialisation for admission in the General AI category.

In the first round, the cutoff was in the range of 370 and 506 for the students belonging to the General AI quota.
