IIM Sambalpur Placement Overview 2025
The highest package offered and secured during IIM Sambalpur placement 2025 for the MBA program stood at INR 48.6 LPA and INR 32.95 LPA, respectively. Average and median package received by the MBA batch of 2023-25 was INR 15.65 LPA and INR 15.02 LPA. Female students received average package of INR 15.43 LPA whereas it was INR 15.23 LPA for Male students. A total of 216 companies visited the campus out of which 144 were new recruiters. Companies such as Accenture, Amazon, KPMG and many more visit the campus during the placement drive 2025. The General Management followed by Finance, Sales & Marketing and Consulting emerged as the top domains in 2025 with placement distribution of 28%, 17%, 14% and 12%, respectively.
The MBA batch of 2023-25 comprised 314 students. Out of the total students, 59% were female students and 41% were male students. 43% of the MBA batch was in the Fresher category whereas the remaining 57% of the batch had some years of work experience. Other than this, 53% of the MBA students were from BTech background whereas 15%, 13%, 9% and 6% students came from Commerce, Science, Business Administration and Arts background.
