The CUET UG form correction window 2025 has closed at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who completed and submitted the CUET 2025 application form could edit the details online. NTA ended the CUET UG 2025 registrations online. Candidates could apply for CUET UG 2025 until March 24, 2025, and pay the application fee until March 25, 2025. Once you get your CUET application number, you must note it somewhere for future login process. CUET application form number is required to login and download the admit card or results when released.
Q: I have submitted the CUET application form. Can I edit the details now?
Information provided by the candidates in their respective online CUET application forms, like the Name of the Candidate, Contact Details, Address Details, Category, Gender, PwBD Status, Educational Qualification Details, Date of Birth, Choice of Exam cities, etc. will be treated as final once submitted.
Any request for change in above mentioned particulars will not be considered by NTA under any circumstances. Hence, candidates must ensure that they have provided the correct e-mail address and mobile number while filling the CUET registration form. Candidates must ensure that their email address and mobile number to be registered in their online Application Form are their own, as relevant/important information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered mail address and/or through SMS on the registered mobile number only.
National Testing Agency shall not be responsible for any non-communication /miscommunication with a candidate in the email address or mobile number given by him/her other than his/her own. NTA does not edit/modify/alter any information entered by the candidates after completion of the application process under any circumstances. Any request for change in information thereafter will not be entertained. Therefore, candidates are advised to exercise utmost caution before filling up the correct details in the CUET 2025 application form.

NTA has also stated, “Those candidates who have already submitted their Application Form successfully are also eligible to choose more Subjects (Tests)/Courses (Programmes)/Universities/Institutions /Autonomous Colleges /Organisations. The candidates who have already selected five subjects/tests, can also replace/remove their earlier chosen Subjects/Tests. However, an additional fee (if applicable) for selecting more subjects (tests) will be paid by the candidate. Candidates may note that the fee once paid will not be refunded.”
If any candidate is eligible for a refund, it will be initiated only after the reconciliation of fee data received from the concerned banks/payment gateway integrators with the fee data captured during the online Application Form of CUET 2025.
How to fill CUET 2025 Application Form
Candidates seeking admission can apply for CUET via online mode on the official website of the exam as per the steps mentioned below:

Step 3: Examination Centre Selection: Candidates will have to choose two examination state and city choices in the preferential order in which they wish to appear for the exam.
Step 4: Test Paper/Subject Selection: Candidates will have to select a minimum of three and a maximum five CUET subjects or papers. Along with the subject selection, candidates will also have to select the medium or language of the question paper they wish to opt for. In case of selecting less than 10 subjects, candidates will have to select NA: Not Applicable option for the rest of the subject fields.
Step 5: Upload Photograph and Signature
After this step, candidates will have to verify each and every detail entered and also verify their email id. They will receive an OTP in the email id and upon entering that, they will programmed to the CUET 2025 application fee payment section.
Step 6: Application Fee Payment
Candidates had to pay the CUET 2025 registration fee online (net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ UPI/ Wallet). It may be noted that candidates’ application fee status (paid/ not paid) would appear on the form.
Upon successful payment, an application confirmation message will be displayed on the screen and the confirmation message and PDF will be sent to the candidates’ registered email ID as well.

Candidates must note that the NTA can reject the CUET application form 2025 for certain reasons. Hence, students are advised to avoid the following mistakes:
- Avoid uploading a blurred image of your signature.

Till 2021, the full name of the exam was Central Universities Common Entrance Test or CUCET, which has been changed by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
