IIT Hyderabad B.Des Highlights 2024
The candidates are shortlisted for BDes programme based on their performance in UCEED. Such candidates are required to appear for DAT conducted by the institute. Those qualifying DAT are further invited for PI for final selection. The eligibility and more details of the course is given below:

Candidates seeking admission to the IIT Hyderabad BDes course are required to appear for the UCEED 2023 exam, which is conducted by IIT Bombay. UCEED releases qualifying cut off in the form of mean deviation and standard deviation. Appearing in UCEED 2023 or being on the admission rank list does not guarantee admission to IIT Hyderabad BDes courses.
Candidates who have passed UCEED 2023 must apply separately to the UCEED participating institute for BDes admission. Apart from passing the UCEED exam, the candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility criteria, category certificates and other documents, as well as the UCEED score, to be verified by IIT Hyderabad.
For the General AI category students, the IIT Hyderabad cutoff 2025 for UCEED Round 1 is 52.
