IIT Jodhpur has released the placement brochure 2024-25 for its Engineering programs. However, the detailed placement report is released for the MBA programme offered by the Institute.

According to the Engineering placement brochure 2024-25, The overall placement rate recorded during IIT Jodhpur BTech placements 2024 was 92%. In addition, BTech branch such as CSE, Mechanical and Electrical branch recorded placement rate of 98%, 97.7% and 96%, respectively in 2024.

According to the MBA placement report 2024, the highest and average package offered during MBA placements 2024 stood at INR 24.81 LPA and INR 11.77 LPA, respectively.

Candidates aiming for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) need to meet these cutoff marks in JEE Mains to be eligible for JEE Advanced 2026.

The overall placement rate recorded during IIT Jodhpur BTech placements 2024 was 92%. Further, the branch-wise placement rate recorded during IIT Jodhpur placements over the past three years is presented below:

IIT Jodhpur cutoff for BTech CSE has been released for various categories including OBC. Released upto six rounds, JEE Advanced closing rank 2023 for IIT Jodpur range between 1276 and 1363. From R2 to R5, the closing rank for BTech CSE remained consistent at 1348. For R1 it was 1276 and for R6 it was 1363. Going the cutoff 2023, it was not possible to get BTech CSE at 6000 for the OBC category. Tabulated below is the IIT Jodhpur cutoff 2023 for all rounds for BTech CSE offered to OBC seats:  

IIT Jodhpur BTech cutoff 2024 has been released across multiple specialisations. Based on the Round 1 seat allotment, the BTech cutoff scores ranged between 2798 and, 15166 for the General AII India category students. Among all the BTech specialisations, BTech in CSE is the most competitive specialisation. The Last Round for Computer Science and Engineering is, 2798 for the General AI category.

Furthermore, according to IIT Jodhpur OBC AI category cutoff 2024, the Last Round closing rank for Computer Science and Engineering is 1317. In addition, the cutoff varied from 1317 to 5317 in the OBC category. For more information, click here.

IISc Bangalore conducted the GATE 2024 exam on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. The GATE 2024 application form was released on 24th August 2024 on the official website at gate.iisc.ac.in. The organising institute for GATE 2024 was IISc Bangalore. The exam was conducted online as a computer-based test for 29 papers. Candidates had to solve 65 questions in 180 minutes (3 hours). To apply for JEE Advanced 2025, candidates need JEE Main 2025 application number and password. This means only the candidates who qualify JEE Main for JEE Advanced, cand apply. Candidates have to login on the JEE Advanced application portal with JEE Main 2025 application number and password. Candidates have to furnish some details in the registration form. JEE Main details in the form will be prefilled from the JEE Main 2025 database. Next candidates need to enter the scanned documents as per the specifications. Then as the last step, candidates have to remit the application fee as applicable. This complete the JEE Advanced application process.

Admission to the BSc programme offered at IIT Jodhpur will be entrance-based. JEE Advanced admit card 2024 will be released by the exam conducting authority on May 17 and the JEE Advanced exam 2024 will be held on May 26 for IIT Jodhpur BSc course.
