Internships were available for very few students, and I had never got any internship from the side of college, and very few recruiting companies visit our college.

It is different from other DU colleges.
Placements: I'm a student of humanities, so placements are out of my knowledge however, you can still apply to sit during placements if you register with a proper CV. I've heard that a few students in previous years got placement in Deloitte, and the average package may go up to 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus is beautiful. Especially in winter, it feels like a palace, however, there is no air conditioning in classrooms, and Wi-Fi is available, but the signal strength is very weak. Hostel is nice with both air-conditioned and cooler rooms, both veg and non-veg available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, the newly hired ones may not be as good as the older appointed ones, but senior professors are helpful and approachable. They have immense knowledge in their respective fields, the curriculum may not be very relevant, but that's a university issue.
Other: Fests are not that nice, I'd rather go to other colleges.

IPCW, where heritage meets horizons, empowering women for tomorrow.
Placements: 40-45% students were placed, further students upgrade their studies by Master's degree, such as M.A., B.Ed., and other professional courses. The highest package is 5 LPA, average package is 3.60 LPA. Mostly recruiting is in education sector, research sector, like ICHR, Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, and Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) as translator & content firms.
Infrastructure: Library & Labs, extensive resources, digital access, braille support, and modern labs. Two hostels with AC/non-AC rooms, meals provided, generally good food, merit-based access, and high cost. Canteen/Food, affordable snacks available. Mixed reviews on taste and price. On-campus medical room, staff support, and emergency care access. A Wide array of sports facilities and supportive infrastructure. Other Amenities are Wi-Fi campus, auditorium, ATM, and a secure and green heritage campus. Final thoughts, IPCW strikes a balance between its historic charm and modern amenities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and have great knowledge in their subject. The teacher-student relationship is excellent. Teachers are sensitive to students' needs. Assignments, internal tests, and semester exams encourage academic writing, research skills, and structured learning. They expect us to learn how to write good answers and academic papers and do research by ourselves. Institutional pass mark is around 40%, but actual outcome pass rates are likely higher (exact figure not public).
Other: Because I am totally interested in going through darshan, Sanskrit Sahitya, and traditional Vedic parameters.

IPCW is not underrated, it is really just average.
Placements: The college placement cell barely offers any sort of career opportunities or internships for students. Till now, no student has secured any internship from the college in my class or course. The placement cell only organises useless workshops and nothing more.
Infrastructure: The college has a huge campus in terms of area but the infrastructure (buildings, classrooms) is not sufficient and does not cater to the mass number of students in a class. There are a lot of vacant spaces but are not put to any efficient use. There is a lot of greenery and a good park-like vibe but do we actually need this much greenery on our campus or do we need actual classrooms big enough to make all students comfortable?
Faculty: Most teachers are helpful and qualified. I doubt if they are placed in the right courses, according to their knowledge or are just placed there to fill the job vacancy like the business teacher teaching law in the next semester with no actual knowledge of law. They are just there to teach for the namesake.
Other: I chose bachelors of commerce (honours) because of my love for commerce. I really wish that the course provided some real insights into the actual world of finance, taxes, entrepreneurship and commerce rather than focusing on developing unnecessary theory subjects just for the namesake then it would have been helpful for us when we seek jobs in the future. It is very important. The management of the college is just really slow and bad. IPCW is always behind other colleges in terms of everything from fests to issuing admit cars, allotting courses, etc. The worst thing about the college is the timing I. e. 8 AM to 5:20 PM despite being a girls' college, it's so insensible that the timing and attendance criteria are really strict too.

IPCW DU. A hidden gem in the north campus life.
Placements: The college campus is really impressive and very beautiful. Kapil party placement criteria have certain parameters and overall provides good placements. Highly developed tech industries organisations deal with the placements within the college of women.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very aesthetic and very lively. Inside the college, different events are organized by different societies.. The canteen is not bad, really great, but manageable overall. Really great and friendly.
Faculty: It is really good and impressive and very systematic too. The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable in their own subjects. The course curriculum is also very relevant and updated to the day to day scenarios. The exams are moderate leveled and not that hard for the students.

My experiences @ IPCW, DU.
Placements: For B.Com. Hons., the placement rate is almost 60-70% in IPCW. The average package is 5 LPA, whereas the median salary is 5.5 LPA. The highest package is 21 LPA. The recruiting companies are Tira, EY, Amazon, Deloitte, etc. Its placement cell support is quite strong. A few students also secure internships and placements through off-campus placement drives. It has a good reputation in commerce, economics, and geography courses.
Infrastructure: For B.Com. Hons., we get IT labs for practical work and projectors in a few lectures. The library is spacious and offers a diverse selection of books. The library is better, whereas the classrooms are non-AC. The college also provides a lecture theatre and an auditorium on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is good but can be improved. The course curriculum is as per Delhi University and is relevant. To become industry-ready, you have to focus on enhancing your skills as well. The semester exams are as per the University.
Other: The campus crowd is quite nice. Some people are really helpful here. For campus life, we have to go to the main North Campus, which is 2 stations away, to enjoy most of our college days. Connectivity for IPCW is very good as it is situated just outside the Civil Lines metro station, Gate number 2.

I'm dissatisfied with overall everything. Campus is pretty.
Placements: I'm in political science hons course and there are very few opportunities for placements in the specific field most of the offers are for B.Tech, B.Com, data analysis, and more. The highest CTC is 24 LPA and the lowest CTC is 2 LPA-3 LPA. No one got placed from my department as far as I know because there are very less opportunities for placements, particularly in political science. Top companies are Deloitte and KPMG but the CTC they are offering is very low.
Infrastructure: I would say library is very good and one could find most of the books even for competitive exams like CAT, CA, etc. There are many books for Hindi medium students as well. Library is very well-maintained. Classrooms and labs are average, not very bad, and not very good but manageable. There are projectors in classrooms but most of them don't work. Wi-Fi is available but again it doesn't work unless you're sitting very close to the outer. In hostel, there is no proper network and the food in mess is below average.
Faculty: Most teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. Teaching quality is also okayish but I feel some teachers are very much knowledgeable but they don't know how to convey those thoughts to their students. Syllabus is relevant but does not make one industry-ready especially not in field like political science, history, geography, etc. Semester exams are moderate to high-level difficult depending upon different subjects. Pass percentage is high.
