IEM Kolkata BTech Courses & Fees 2026: Eligibility, Admission Dates, How to Apply?

Candidates can complete Institute of Engineering and Management BTech application process can be completed in online mode. Selection of candidates during Institute of Engineering and Management BTech course admission is done on entrance basis.

This entrance exam can be appeared in either online with a webcam or offline at any test centers for Institute of Engineering and Management admission. See below an overview of BTech admission process:

STEP 1: Institute of Engineering and Management BTech Application Process

• Go to IEMJEE registration microsite (https://myiemexam.in/).
• Fill registration form and attach necessary documents.
• Pay IEMJEE registration fees.

After IEMJEE exam result is anounced, candidates need to continue applying for BTech as follows:

• Go to institute's website (https://iem.edu.in/).
• Click on "Admission" tab and find your preferred BTech course.
• Click on "Apply Online".
• Fill admission form and attach all necessary documents.
• Pay Institute of Engineering and Management BTech application fees and submit.

STEP 2: Selection of Candidates

Once admission forms have been submitted, Institute of Engineering and Management will shortlist candidates for counselling rounds. This selection will be done based on IEMJEE result. During counselling rounds, candidates need to lock Institute of Engineering and Management as their preferred institute.

This will result in candidates getting a seat allotted in their preferred BTech course at this institute. After counselling rounds, candidates will be required to go to Institute of Engineering and Management's website for document verification process.

STEP 3: Confirmation of Admission

The final stage of Institute of Engineering and Management BTech admissions will require candidates to pay seat booking fees.
