The University has not released the course-wise the highest package. However, the specialisation-wise the highest package has been disclosed, which is as follows:

Entry into M.Tech course of Jain Deemed University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology is given through entrance examinations such as GATE or JET. Individuals need to hold a BE/BTech degree with an aggregate percentage of at least 50% (45% for SC/ST) with the same/similar specialisation of the M.Tech course. At School of Engineering and Technology, M.Tech is available for only in ECE, ML, Civil department. In each department, equal number of seats are available. 30 seats are there in each in each department, so, total numbar of seats are 90.

Eligibility criteria -Students must have 55% in Graduation Degree. With a qualifying GATE score and graduation percentage you can qualify for M.Tech at School of Engineering and Technology.

The Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) at Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore has overall good placement records for M.Tech, but it is comparatively lesser than B.Tech in the college.
