I am dissatisfied with placements.
Placements: Core fields like mechanical and electrical got few companies for placements. Around 20% of students got placed in the previous year. The highest salary offered is Rs.25,000 per month and the lowest salary is Rs.3,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, Collabera, and Extramarks for marketing. Campus recruitment is not good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, supportive, and favorable. It is a part of the new DBATU and is a semi-autonomous college.
Other: I chose this course because I'm interested in the automobile sector. It provides the best education and surroundings. DBATU has good practical subjects and is technically great for new trends based on today's market. Our college is autonomous and is good for students.

Overall, the campus is very good, but the faculty in our college are not supportive.
Placements: Mainly 80 to 90% of students got placed. The highest package offered is approximately 9-10 LPA, the lowest package is approximately 1.2 to 1.5 LPA, and the average package is approximately 2 to 2.5 LPA (including all branches). The top recruiting companies are BYJU's, Extra Marks, Collabera, Wipro, TCS etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is amazing, and the maintenance of the gardens is amazing, but the washrooms are not clean. The playground is not well maintained. Some facilities are good but not all. I faced many problems in my department, and my HOD was not supportive. There is a network problem in this college, and Wi-Fi does not work in all labs. The canteen doesn't offer lunch, it only has nasta, tea, coffee and packaged food items. There are no medical facilities. The playground is not clean and not good for playing any sports.
Faculty: Many teachers are helpful, but not all. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. Many teachers lack practical knowledge. I think the course curriculum is not relevant, and due to the lack of practical knowledge, it does not make the students industry-ready.
Other: I joined this course after 12th because I was really confused about my future, and my cousin suggested me opting for engineering in computer science, but I have no interest in computers, that why I joined mechanical engineering.

Good college though the placement is average you can get a good guide to make your future.
Placements: 60% placement approximately
1.2 LPA to 10 LPA Byjus, Extra marks, Mahindra, Tata Motors, Planet sparks, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Triveni Turbine, etc.
50-60% get internships while studying in the 2nd year to the 4th year. The role of graduate trainee engineer is provided commonly.
Infrastructure: Facilities are available but practicals aren't performed more. Wi-Fi is available but often out of data or poor speed. The classrooms are good. The library is good but too far from the main building. There isn't any hostel facility from the college side. Food in the canteen is costly. Medical facilities are average. No outdoor sports or proper ground is available in college.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified as B.E, M.E, B- tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. Teachers are helpful as well as good guides for whole life. Teaching quality is quite average but few teachers are very good at teaching. Yeah, this course makes students industry-ready. Exams are easy just you need to study. Passing is 40%.

Our college provides the best education with the best surroundings.
Placements: About 75% of the students from our course got placed in well-known companies. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like John Deere, Byju's, Extramarks, etc., visit our college for placements. About 70-75% of the students from our course got an internship in various companies and also in above-mentioned companies. Roles like a junior engineer, etc., are offered to us and depending on skills marketing roles also provided to the students.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like smart classrooms, library, practicals labs, canteen, skill development classrooms like music, dance, drama rooms and computer lab. Quality of facilities available is the best. Quality of food served in the canteen is fresh. Our college also provides first aid facility, and if there is an emergency, then it provides a car to take the student to the hospital.
Faculty: As per my knowledge, faculty members always tried to do their work very hard and in a smart way. Not only chalkboards but faculty members always use presentations and animated videos to teach students. They conduct live interaction programs with faculty members of IITs. They also conduct various industrial visits for students. The course curriculum is very much updated, and it makes us the best for industries.
Other: I have chosen this course because I was very much interested in this course. There are various subbranches in our course, like manufacturing and designing, and one thing I have noticed that without manufacturing, nothing can work. I think our college require regular up-gradation, but as per my knowledge, it happens in my institution regularly. Our college conducts events, fests and extracurricular to provide various platforms for students to showcase our talents.

Review of JD College of Engineering and Management.
Placements: There are separate training and placement officers for our department who observe how many students got placements. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and students got placed in various MNCs like Byjus, Extramarks, Cognizant, Mahindra & Mahindra, etc. The department also conducts various training programs regarding placements.
Infrastructure: Our college has a high-class library with almost more than 10 thousand books. There is also an E-library, which is well-equipped and has furniture facility so that we can write notes with the help of books in the library only. The library also has a book bank facility through which students can improve their knowledge by taking books for a long time.
Faculty: Our course is technical and industry-oriented which nourishes students in all aspects as per the industry requirement engineers. So, students won't face difficulties while working on the shop floor of the industry. Overall, if you want to take admission in technical core field, then this college is the best choice for a career.
Other: The fee of our college is appreciable.

I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty.
Placements: It is a good college. Some companies visiting here are hiring. Hardly 2-3 students are hired by each company. Faculty members were friendly and helpful. Overall it is good. As compare to other colleges in Nagpur, expect to other autonomous YCC mad Ramdevbaba, there are high-quality colleges in Nagpur. Overall, it is the 4th rank in autonomous colleges. DBATU is a totally technical based subject university.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is too good. Faculty members are favourable and supporting. Campus recruitment is not too good, and it the only worst thing I found. Otherwise, it is a good college. I recommend to you please visit, and then you decide how good it is. Now the college is totally autonomous, and it is too good for us.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful. There is a new pattern. DBATU has good practical subjects, and technically great for new trends based on today's market. The scenario is good. I will be part of new DBATU University and semi-autonomous college.

Good infrastructure dissatisfied because of not getting placement.
Placements: Only 20% people got placed in last year batch

Only two people Get internship in Ashok Leland.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in campus, there are labs in our college, the grennery is awesome it's refreshes the mood and the infrastructure is really awesome, The food available in our canteen is average and little bit costlier, there is no mess in our college and no hostel facility in our college, there is medical facilities available, No ground to play.
Faculty: Not all teachers are knowledgeable or helpful.
Some of them are new and inexperienced.
And the teaching quality of some teacher's is excellent.
The course is not relevant to today's technology we study the old technology and information but industries need new ideas and new technologies.
Other: I chose this course because it is in my field of interest like the automobile sector.

The college campus, teaching quality was really awesome.
Placements: Near about 40% students are placed from college campus. The highest salary offered for students is 18000. Top requirement company for my course came in college was Triveni turbines. 89% of students got internship. Top roles offered was design engineer.
Infrastructure: All kind of equipments are available in labs. Instruments which are needed in labs are also available there. There is a free Wi-Fi in college campus for students. The classroom are very neat and clean. The sitting arrangement provided are very good. The books which are required for my course are available in library. Medical service are also provided in college.
Faculty: The teachers are provided to us was very good in teaching. The teachers are very helpful in nature. The teachers provided are completed their proper qualification. The knowledge of the teachers are good. The teaching quality was awesome. The course curriculum makes the students industry ready.
Other: When I am was in 6th standard I liked machines. I am so curious about how they work. That's why I choose mechanical engineering.
