A huge number of placements are provided in TCS, but core electrical companies visit our college for our branch very rarely.

Love this college. The best college that teaches you life.
Placements: 40% of students got placed. The highest average is 8 LPA, while the average is 4 LPA. 100 percent of internships are done. As compared to other colleges, we get a few fewer core-related companies for placements, whereas there are a few constant companies that approach our college during placements.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good, but the food may be a bit questionable. The infrastructure is good, especially the equipment provided in the laboratories, which is phenomenal. Food is sometimes good, whereas sometimes it is very odd-tasting and of low quality. The canteen needs to be improved a little bit.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The curriculum is good for studying. It is industry-ready in the sense that the student should be aware of their skills. Not all skills can be improved through the course, so self-study and self-analysis are much needed but if we learn the concepts properly, we can get into anything.
Other: Fests are one of the best days of the year. In one word, I love civil engineering, hence I chose this group. They could improve the classrooms a little bit.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad.
Placements: JNTUH college is the topmost college in Telangana. In my college, students should maintain above 85% to crack placements. The highest package in the mechanical branch is 20 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS and PhonePe.
Infrastructure: In JNTUH, infrastructure is excellent and it looks like an IT company. Classrooms are very good and clean with wooden benches which are comfortable for students, and every room contains a stage allocated to faculty members.
Faculty: In this college, every course contains 8 semesters over the entire 4 years. In each semester, it contains 2 mid exams and one lab exam for every subject. In labs, there are full equipments which are useful to every student. Finally, the final exam will be conducted. At least every student should score 35% to pass. It is not difficult to pass the exam.

The events in the college are actually good.
Placements: The top roles offered from our electrical and electronics branch are from the core side. The least was about 4 LPA and the highest was around 15 LPA. More than 50 percent got placed. The GPA of all the students is low, so it is difficult for the companies which come.
Infrastructure: Classrooms: Spacious, well-lit, and ventilated classrooms with modern teaching aids like LCD projectors, sound systems, and blackboards. Laboratories: Well-furnished laboratories with advanced instruments and apparatus. Library: A library with e-resources. Auditorium: A venue for conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events. Administration block: A well-designed block with offices for the principal, vice principal, HODs, faculty, and other staff.
Faculty: When you get targeted by the faculty, it is difficult to pass that particular exam. The semester exams are conducted strictly. The syllabus does not get completed for the examinations. We should make sure to prepare by ourselves. The pass percentage is less as the evaluators always think to fail us.
Other: Nothing much to say about the course. Except the classes everything else is good.

College life is good, with greenery.
Placements: Placements are fine, but not great. However, the average is good. You cannot expect a bigger package from here, but the average is okay for a fresher. Not many big companies will come, and the core branches won't get many core-related companies for placements.
Infrastructure: As they are old buildings, the infrastructure isn't great, but we can live there. Wi-Fi, water, and food are available in the hostels. A library, sports building, ground, and health center are all available on the campus itself, which is a plus point.
Faculty: As the curriculum is very old and not up to current studies, we have to learn from online resources. The faculty are responsible and support us during projects and other tasks, but they will only teach 75% of the syllabus, which is common in all colleges.
Other: Mostly, there is no other information, but according to the feel factor, it is the best government, top-1 college to come to.

Just some sour truth about my college JNTUH which should be known before joining.
Placements: Nearly 60% of the students got placed with decent package. The highest package offered is 41 LPA. The lowest package offered, it is not said public but it is 4 LPA as per seniors. Average package offered is 21 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Micron, Tata Electronics, CG Power, Kaynes, Schneider, Fest, AM/NS, and Applied Materials. Around 80% in top-tier and core semiconductor courses. Internship companies are Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor (Siemens EDA), Micron, Applied Materials, MacDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions, and Trumpf. Top roles offered are analog design engineer, process engineer, digital designer, semiconductor R&D intern, electrical engineer, nanotechnology researcher, and VLSI engineer.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are average. Wi-Fi is slow, and library is good. I am a day scholar, I eat food in afternoon in hostel and its good. Canteen is not maintained. Medical facilities are good, and sports forget about it.
Faculty: Teaching quality is too low even the lecturers hold good degrees. To be honest, it can't follow old curriculum till now, so we have to do internships from outside. Exams are quite difficult but the corrections are rude (so strict). The examiner won't easily pass you, only nearly 30% get passed.
Other: I chose this college because of the 5 years completion of my higher studies which too in my home state, in the best college. I got 11,000 rank (BCB) in my TG EAPCET so I chose this college. College follows the old syllabus which is now trash in market either should upgrade the syllabus for students to make ready and face the market demand. Events are mostly tech events will suit bookworms, to be honest as I don't get bored seeing them. Fests are just okay, don't expect fests like IITs and NITs it's just normal government college for studying. Campus crowd is less and free scholarship you get according to your income certificate. If you got a rank below 10,000 in TG EAPCET. Campus surroundings are good. The only thing I like about my college is that it is surrounded by trees and fresh atmosphere. Very few extracurricular activities are encouraged here.

Jntu has provided many opportunities to enhance skills.
Placements: So far, about 80% of the students in my course have been placed. The highest package was 24 LPA, the average was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The top recruiting company was Goldman Sachs. My college also offered some machine learning and other roles.
Infrastructure: The hostel food is nice, and the sports and games are good. They conduct sports regularly and encourage the students by giving rewards and gifts. On the negative side, there is much to improve, such as the Wi-Fi and computers, which need to be updated. Also, the library is good enough, but the quality of the hostel food is not as good as we expected.
Faculty: The faculty may teach us what is in the book, but we don't get much knowledge from that. We must explore things on our own, and the faculty is not good enough to help us do that. The curriculum is quite nice, though, and if we follow it, we may be ready for the fourth year. The semester exams are much more difficult, as it is JNTUH, and the pass percentage is about 75%.
Other: I am interested in computer science, so I chose to study it. I think coding is very interesting, and it is the best thing about the course. However, the computers in our labs need to be improved and updated. Also, we don't have enough funds to conduct events, so only a few events are held each year.
