KCG College of Technology is not very difficult to get admission to, if the candidates are able to secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12, for courses such as BTech. Whereas, for courses such as MTech, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. Moreover, candidates must qualify entrance exams such as TNEA, TANCET or other equivalent exams. Candidates can apply for admission online through the official website for the same and enrol for candidature.  

Placement classes starts from first year of college. So don't miss those classes. And don't keep arrears while the academic years so you won't be available to stand in placement queue, and keep attendance of atleast 60 percent to be on the safe side. And try to get atleast pass mark in internal assessment inorder to get internal marks in final Anna University exams.

- The B.Tech programme is offered in six specializations: Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
